This is what corruption does to a country. There are rules and regulations and prerequisites that must be met by a school to operate as a boarding institution. However, because of corruption, which leads to negligence, these standards are overlooked and this is one of the consequences. This is so sad and traumatising. Rest in Peace our angels.

The design of the school does not meet any standard and specification of a boarding school,where are the gvt safety inspectors ???Because of cheap and quick money due to corruption this happened the gvt must be hold accountable as the pyramid goes down to board of management and the contractor if this is Gulf country all these could have been jailed and hanged or given life sentence.A gvt that only competent in corruption and only act out of negligence.We have what we call in health and safety "responsibility and obligation to care and this has bn breached!!!!!!

Poleni sana. There are some curriculum that are very important and have been sidline in this education system. Basic things such as how to respond to an emergency, PE zile mwalimu wa maths anaiba are very important and even helps in an emergency situation like this, hygiene and diet should also be included in schools and last but not list we need have an interactive spaces where students feel comfortable to not only share but participate in addressing what affects them.
