Pro Tip... You can animation cancel the reload of the rocket launcher to save about half a second from its reload time. That makes it so that you can keep a legendary pal pretty much stunlocked. You need 2 rocket launchers. After you fire, you will hear a clunk (that means the launcher is reloaded). Then a few clicks (that means the launcher is ready to fire). If you switch to your other launcher as soon as you hear the clunk, fire the 2nd launcher, wait for clunk, switch back and fire... You are saving the time between the reload and the weapon being ready... about half a second... maybe a second. I hope I explained that well.

Hey bud, I have a recommendation for you: breed an attack Pal with Mercy Hit on it to use specifically when trying to capture Pals and then throw some different Active skills for versatility. That and wearing the ring with Mercy Hit on it makes capturing Pals so much more stress free. At a minimum you could put the ring on yourself and just pull your Pal back when your target is low on health.

For frostallion, if you are mounted on a Ragnahawk, you get fire damage... Your rockets will hit much harder.

@@TeracomConsulting Ye I just used Wixen to make the fight a bit easier off-stream. All I wanted was a male Frostallion which I got, so now onto Jetragon finally :)

When fliers are in the Air, or landing, the game's auto targeting gets confused... Air cannon will seldom hit them when they are descending. I think the same with Divine disaster.
