Today is my first day in the Central Vietman city of Danang and I plan to eat as much delicious Vietnamese food as humanly possible. For my first meal I headed to one of the best and most well known Bánh Xèo shops in Da Nang called Bánh Xèo Bà Dưỡng.
Usually I avoid ultra hyped up places but this super busy back alley shop lived up to expectation and more. This could be the best banh xeo I’ve ever had!
