Does anywhere in Europe make pizza like this? Don’t say Italy, they care a lot about their food. They would probably view this as a monstrosity - but it’s just so perfect to me. The genius move had to be cooking the pizza and pepperoni separately. The cheese on the pizza can brown evenly, slices of pepperoni alone will cook faster when they aren’t on top of a pizza and each slice will be perfectly crisp. It’s so perfect I think I might cry.

Oh my god I had a lady who ordered the exact same thing at my store. Medium traditional crust, no sauce, no cheese, as thin a crust as you can make and still have no holes, cut into 4 slices. Extra spinach on top because she actually wanted it to burn up and get crispy. It was a bitch delivering that shit to her and keeping some of it together. Never tipped ordered twice a week. She also called my boss because I told her it would burn in the oven. But I whole heartedly agree on this gross "pizza".
