I have a small hive in a limb of a post oak the limb is about 14 inches in diameter and it fell off the tree and the space they are end I believe it is only 16 o17 inches long so they don't have much to work with and they all go inside at night.

I bought a chainsaw and my older grandchildren came over and cut off most all the excess limbs down to the the large part and they quit after they disturbed the girls because they moved the limb The boys decided they didn't have to mind what I told them and they moved it anyway and got stung several times and they haven't been back since. I am 75 and I will finish what they started.
