for foreigners who got allergic with peanut or maybe doesn't like peanut sauce, please remember this : u can always ask 'sambal kecap' instead of peanut sauce for ur sate...😂😂😂 pls dont let ur allergy to peanut or ur dislikes over peanut sauce stop u from eating sate in indonesia

Hahaha i completely agrees with peanut sauce overpowering the taste of the food itself, hence i prefer taichan or sate ayam with soy sauce. But not all peanut sauce is bad though, i think batagor is nice with peanut sauce

10:24 when something overpowers the food..., dude I'm not mad. but that's what most Indonesian foods are, it's called bumbu sate, that's part of the dish. if you replace the gado gado sauce with bumbu pecel then it is no longer a gado gado, it's an odd selection of vegetables in a pecel. if you replace the plecing sambal with sambal matah then it's no longer a plecing, it's a boiled kangkung with sambal matah.

Klepon - Explode (croot in bahasa) in your mouth its became FOODGASM 🤣🤣🤣. Bubur Ayam (Breakfast menu for Indonesian had few type on Bubur Ayam but mostly basically the same, sometimes we use additional sate such liver or chicken intestines'or quail egg with additional peanut sambal for additional flavor. When you come to Jakarta go and taste BUBUR AYAM BARITO ; Lontong Sayur (Rice Cake with Banana Leaf cover) or Ketupat Sayur (Rice cake with Coconut Leaf) cover Sayur - Famous from Jakarta (Ketupat Sayur Betawai BABE PATAL SENAYAN) and Padang style just go to Bendungan Hilir BOPET MINI ; Kue Pukis always the best
