Check auction house. I've also been told that the Stenella/Ribjaw shops get them sometimes in standard.

Sorry bro, but your craft and high craft is wrong! Just use 1 prefix, craft it no matter what it is, then use high craft.. once the high craft is what you want, remove the prefix with the craft so you can high craft again😉
