Toughest men on the planet you say? The Bushman in the Kalahari desert track and run down a Kudu or Gemsbuck for three days non stop with no food only a kalabas of water. There are 12 year old children running 24km to school bear foot with books under their arms.They do that twice a day so that is a total of 48km five days per week. Easy with that toughest man stuff.

Cameron hasn't run on broken feet or after heart surgery or bad knees. He also hasn't lost 100 pounds in 3 months twice, hasn't been through every kind of Hell in childhood and I doubt he was beaten as a kid and hasn't been through 3 Hell Weeks where Goggins had to tape his feet and legs to get through the pain. There's so much more... Can't compare anyone to Goggins other than Bruce Lee. I doubt Cam Hanes wakes up at 2:45am. Maybe 5am. He couldn't sustain it - he has a family, a full time job, and his other full time job of being a KZbinr. To do as much as he does, he needs recovery, and with less than 4-5 hours of sleep per night, he wouldn't last more than a few weeks.
