What I see from Sesko is a bit of a combo of Giroud and Podolski, and I kinda like that combo for this Arsenal side right now. I want Ødegaard to take more of the creative role and drive attacks even more with a striker/forward with Sesko’s style to feed constantly. We will get goals with a Sesko type player up top

From watching his highlights, it would seem criminal for arsenal to not sign him. He looks quick, good ball control, good passing, balance, strength, clinical finishing and can actually head the ball which is a huge benefit for a set piece specialist team. What is your obsession about dribbling past players. All a striker needs is an ability to create a yard or 2 for himself either by movement or first touch. Dribbling at times complicates things.

I feel very sorry for the Arsenal fan base. Not having won a league title in 20+ years and never having won the champions league makes us hype up a player purely out of hope that they do turn out to be exactly what we need…purely off of highlights. Let’s go back and watch Nuñez, Jović, J.Martinez, and other strikers over the years and their highlights to see how great they were and then compare it to how they turned out to be. I’ve watched Sesko play in the euros. Good player. Good striker. Anything more than that? No, missed a sitter against Portugal. Does he look like a player that can be THE elite level striker? Not for a club challenging for the premier league. He is a player that can take the next step in a league that will allow him this much time and space, not like in our league where he won’t get that. Haaland played for Salzburg, and then in the bundesliga. Around the same age as well. What were his numbers? Okay, not everyone can be an Erling Haaland, but this guy’s numbers aren’t just a few goals, they’re miles off. Not good enough. Vlahovic loan for now, Isak in the summer. Isak. THAT should be the standard.

I fully understand that I'm not satisfied with sesko. We need left winger and 6 midfielder as well. If we want to buy sesko we have to give up the two positions on top. But we are also in a hurry with the two positions on top. It's the right thing to be satisfied with sesko and reinforce other positions. I agree that sesko is questionable if he will work in epl. But sesko also has good enough potential and if he gets a botched recruit he will be easy to dispose of because he is young. COYG!!

Would prefer a beast like Osimhen, Gyokeres or Isak. Based on stats, he's no better than Havertz. At his age those 3 player convert chances better than sesko now. Even if hes worth 70m, he is not going to ne an instant hit in EPL. He will take time to adapt to league opponents, and in Arsenal he needs to be better in possession of the ball and hold up play which is his poorest aspect to his game. Fans will meltdown the moment you spend 70m and he doesn't hit the ground running. More importantly, Arteta will destroy his style of play by asking him to track back and defend. I will stay clear of him and go for epl proven strikers in January, more short term then revisit in summer who Arsenal really need
