The census I rec'd 2010? was a book! I spent 25 min & when I came to the question of, "do you have running water " in your home? I answered, "yes, when I turn the faucet on" then mailed. A Mon or so later I had a phone call wanting to know why I didn't complete. He also informed me that I could be jailed for refusing. I told my security was important to me & hung up on him. The last census 2016?, took less than 5 min, from beginning & end. & Not invasive

I just moved from Illinois recently after living there my whole life. I have also NEVER voted for major elections because your vote literally does not matter there. They always vote blue 100% of the time due to Chicago. I wish they would split Chicago off and be whatever % of the electorals in Ilinois and let the rest of the state have some vote power as well. Tbf Chicago takes in a lot of tax dollars, but it also consumes almost all of it as well. If not more than their share. So it makes me wonder if it's even worth it.

I believe the U.S. Census should be taken every 4 years not 10 years and if for some reason you are living out of the Country you have no right to vote unless you are active U.S. Military and their family.

American citizens need to register in person to vote at their county government with their birth certificate and/or USA passport. We already have national voter IDs: USA Passports and passport cards. Only American citizens and legal residents are to be counted in census.

This question of allowing illegals to be counted for purposes of boosting political power should bot be up for debate. It's one if those questions where, if it is debated, you've already lost your country. There's NO going back from there. So when are you people going to say, No, weren't NOT voting on this. It's not up for discussion or debate. Your state gets ONLY the number of seats in Congress and College Electors as are consistent with people born or naturalized here. Period. End of discussion. Anything short of that should not be a debate, it should be bullets whizzing by the heads of armed forces. Period. How DARE they try to dilute our voting power!!
