Truth is: this could be an action of Drake, and/or his label. Because of who Drake has shown himself to be, it's so believable that he would do this. It's too late to file a Cease and Desist; he should've contested the NLU song right when it came out. This song has to play, the chorus is an anthem: "They not like us! They not like us!" I respectfully disagree, I'd say drake was affected by the pusha T beef just by looking at how he tried to play with kendrick in this one. He clearly wanted family matters to be his story of addidon, a song with accusations that would damge kdot an half to make him explain himself. Even though pusha isn't kendrick he still left a scar that made drake think "if i want to immediately win i have to make a momentum stopper like he did" for any beef going forward. What drake didn't realize was while he was studying his past two beefs so was kendrick an kdot totally played around him. Anyway that's my opinion great vid!

You are not fully grasping my point. Pusha T clearly won. He exposed the man’s child. That had a lasting effect on his character as a person. HOWEVER it had no effect on Drakes superstardom. He continued to go on and have hit after hit after hit songs. He got bigger. That isn’t something you can refute or debate because the numbers are right there. Whereas this man has dropped 15 songs after Kendrick and they all flopped. People are LOOKING at Drake DIFFERENTLY. THAT IS THE DIFFERENCE! Wack told Ak his info didn’t come from Drake, nor anyone on Kendrick’s side. He said he didn’t know if one was sent or not. Drake told Ak it was untrue, and that whoever said this, tell them to put it up to the public that a cease and desist was sent. Also, Kendrick would have to receive a letter. I doubt anything official was sent. I can see Drake trying to pay off one of the halftime board members to talk Kendrick into not playing the song, but even that doesn’t make sense because he’s well aware the song is already global, plus he will be in an even more negative situation if the world knew about his cease and desist.
