This is the fun aspect of this game type. Figuring out how to make a team and strategy to beat the content. Sometimes you just can’t and you need to grind until you can. That is how the games work. I think you have tunnel vision on strategies from your other account and because you already have strats for that account you aren’t giving yourself the room to get creative on this one. You are just looking for the heroes that you used previously to beat content. Give it some time it isn’t supposed to be fast as a f2p, you pay money to speed things up. You aren’t doing that on this account so you have to grind.

Upgrade gear is also a pain until you unlock the autoroll thing.

nah, i'm almost f2p , started 75days ago and have got to plat 3 (although i have bought 2 priv cards). You can get to plat, but you have to cheese refresh until you get those people who havent geared/only send in 1unit. Which means i start the day, refresh, do and check every 15 mins. Also there will be one type of arena which you are much stronger in than the others, so can wait for that one to roll around.. Seemed to happen alot below plat

Does hero's path ask u for bigger rank than gold 2 to get Volka or gold 2 is the highest that u need to reach?

Bumhunting shouldn't be your only option, I can take on defences 50-100k power above me if I think my roaster is better

The arena one is definitely a forerunner problem, I am the same level as you and easily get to plat 1 on global. My early game bane is exp farming, I need to star up so many characters but that would cost me like 10k energy

The only problem with free to play...is the player's impatience. My account over a year old, free to play, 5800k power. Volka took me half a year. Arena I'm heading towards overlord...not there yet. But I'll get there. In reality, there really is no need to spend money on this game. Miss a character? Try again next time. It always comes back again next time (Lust for example came back again during Chinese Valentines day I think). Cant beat a level? chip at it for days, weeks even until you do. Then move on to the next and so on so forth. It's not a game designed to be played hours on end in one sitting. It's a game meant for 10-15 mins max at a time. For a streamer? sure it sucks. Coz that's all a streamer does...play games for a living. Or money or whatever. But for those who make livings outside playing games, it's not an issue whatsoever.

I've been playing 30 days today and am beginning to believe my account is blessed. Totally F2P but they gave me Boreas on Day 4 and Elowyn on Day 9. Its been a surprisingly easily ride so far. Did I just get insanely lucky to get a strong AoE mage right out the gate followed with a strong healer?

Yes, you are very lucky. I am on day 273 and just got Boreas and week or two ago and still don't have Elowyn.

been playing for 23 day and got lucky in arena for the Volka quest and got to plat, but suck in gear raids.....i got blessed with zilitu in early phase and brokkir later but no good mage to rely on, i think there is bad rng account, even my summons need to rely on pity
