I feel the same way. We don’t have a CLUE about the deep relationship God has with His angels, fallen & heavenly. We can only express our own very limited speculation & opinions. So what this person is saying might not even be true. Although Lucifer knew what he was doing, he probably didn’t realize the Hell he would go through for his egotism. He might not have realized JUST how deep of suffering would be brought to him for making such a move. But also, since God is all knowing, God knew this would become of His Angel. Who’s to say that God forgave Lucifer the second he made his move yet Lucifer hasn’t forgiven himself for what he did and his ego is just so strong that he isn’t ready to see his wrong? Satan is Satan but Satan is also still Lucifer. I’ve felt for a few long years that since God is all forgiving & God knows our hearts better than any, if Satan/Lucifer TRULY wanted to get back into God’s graces, he’ll choose humility over his pride. I think it can be done, but that’s a seed that he has to plant and water.

I believe the reasons on why fallen angles cannot be redeemed can be found in Genesis 3:22 Where God said man should not be allowed to eat from the tree of life and live forever (in a fallen state). The angels already are eternal bodies. Those of us of have repented and called on the Lord will get new uncorrupted bodies at the resurrection. I'm sure there's other reasons and factors as well

I've heard, in sermons, that angels are beings "without" freewill. So, this video starts with suggesting that Lucifer and the fallen angels were beings "with" free will. Additionally, this video states that Lucifer was a being of perfect creation. If Lucifer was a perfect creation then it begs to question what is wrong with what Lucifer did was sin (sin, NOT being perfect) so there is the conundrum. God is omniscient so in God creating Lucifer God knew Lucifer would betray Him there is the another puzzling thought -- why create something that will always be against you/be a constant problem/imperfection/sinful/etc.?

This takes a lot of assumptions and weaves them into a mix of Dante's Infero ( a work of fiction) and the Mythic Greek concept of the afterlife with Hades. Focusing on Satan is a distraction that lets us feel we are part of a conflict between good guys and bad guys. It is tempting as it fits our human themes of tribal warfare we find addictive. Jesus told us to focus on caring for the sick, poor, outcast, and refugee while not focusing on amassing wordly treasures and pride. This is very hard to do. So we choose a less difficult challenge of claiming we are on team Jesus where we are more passive and our sins are not so bad since we wear team Jesus crosses. This is why so many have justified following church and government leaders who openly violate so many of the teachings of Christ and many of the Commandments. We say, yes he committed adultery often, has great pride in amassing wealth, and shows no real effort to care for the "least of these"; but he says he is defending Christians from those sinners who attack "us". We effectively choose to follow sin in doing so. Choosing the lesser of two evils is still choosing evil. All to avoid the hard work of actually caring for all people and trying to help them even if they are not ready.

Here's my issue with a rapture idea. As in the days of Noah, during those days THE WICKED WERE SWEPT AWAY. Not the righteous. When we are told we will meet him in the clouds, that should be for the 1000 year reign. We will be welcoming him because it's the beginning of forever. We aren't supposed to leave the Earth, it says the meek SHALL INHERIT THE EARTH. The idea of escaping the coming troubles just doesn't sound right to me.
