The sink should go behind the door so the water from the shower does not damage the wooden door. Keep the plumbing on the opposite side of the door ideally. Now behind the door the sink- toilet- shower the far end with a window on the wall in front of the toilet similar to IamMara design for his in-law space where he and his small family lives.
