Great work and yes, training is all about making you stronger, more resilient and able to deal with more of day to day life stuff. In my work I do hundreds of flights of stairs on a daily basis and without squats that would not be possible. Keep going! I will be 54 this year and my strongest times are still ahead of me.

Awesome! I hope to be able to say the same for myself; strongest times still ahead!

Theres hardly a better feeling, than the experience of making positive change for ones self and, by manifestation, in ones world. Im curious to know what the leak was about, bit of a plumber myself...
@Schismarch2 ай бұрын
We think it came from an exterior spigot after a bad freeze. Will be getting a plumber to take a look now that I have it all exposed.

@@SchismarchI see, thats unfortunate, but hopefully easy to identify and fix. Best of luck and keep it up.

Respect. But coming from a man who isn't American, why do such leaks not happen in Asia but only in America? Is it the use of wood and plastic sheets?
@Schismarch2 ай бұрын
We had a really bad freeze and I think it cracked something. Depending on what part of Asia you’re in, that might not be an issue you encounter?

@@Schismarch Got it. So freezing cracks pipes and causes leakage and any wooden stuff surrounding it has to be removed for the repairs.
@Schismarch2 ай бұрын
If you catch it quickly enough you don’t usually have to repair the wood. The biggest risk is that if you don’t get it dried out, mold grows. So anything that got really wet and won’t dry quickly has to come out. That’s my layman’s understanding, anyway.

@@Schismarch Awesome. I understand fully. Respect to you again. Take care brother.
