There’s just something about Krauser that doesn’t click with me. I try to use him but he just feels slow and clunky to me.

@@corvega_joe you have to play him differently. Thats what’s good about mercenaries. Each character hhave unique traits.

He definitely takes some getting used to. When I started out with him, I thought his movement was stiff and clunky also.

Every character in the remake feels slower and clunkier compared to the og, they made that to make the game feel more difficult. You need to get used to it. The Og is still better though, imo

The issue with him is being too bad at earning score points. He knives his enemies to death, rains explosive arrows and displays a special unstoppable mutant attack duration which all seem nice but practically sluggish and prone to take too much unnecessary risks and damage. Leon and Ada just shoot, kick and cut through their way, especially Ada. Wesker is a close quarter fight master and Hunk is a crowd control and insta boss kill master. Krauser seems like a luckluster Rambo wannabe compared to them. Also his tactical submachine gun is literally terrible.

how do you strafe and backflip out of the way?

@@vatop1304 when you equip knife you can press button and evade into direction by moving the left thumbstick into that direction.

For controllers hold knife button then use left analog stick plus attack to strafe for any direction except forward

He used to be the most enjoyable character in original game but after they make parry move in remake all other playable character is more enjoyable then him
