If you are making money with money you can share the profits in free programs but you never borrow money to pay debt and not making money to share money and go bankrupt so that you go for more loans.

I think the policy will be more feasible if an NDC govt is to take half of the fees instead of the entire full sum. Despite this i don't support the policy at all. That money should be used to resource technical universities and train people on value addition to raw farm produce.

We borrow money into businesses that produce direct income so that we can pay back the loan and make profit. Not invest the money in future unforeseeable income. This is how money is stolen in secret when it is used like in the latter to build roads, resource technical universities, and train people because the returns would have been eaten before they mature.

Ghana is being run like an orphanage. We go to borrow for keeping up our lives. And sharing free things because one thinks Ghanaians should enjoy free things too but you cannot share what you do not have. You cannot borrow money and share stealing a big portion to yourself and think you are doing well.
