Zirkzee apart from his link up play is no better than Hojlund in finishing, and at the moment where we need goals i would prefer Hojlund over Zirkzee keeping in mind that Hojlund got us 17 goals last season.

I totally agree. The only reason Firminho was hailed in LFC was cos of the goals from Salah and Mane. Maybe a firing Rasford gives u a Mane-esque season but Amad will never score u goals. That's a front three over reliant on Rashford. I think we need Amad, Rasmus and Rashford playing and if Amad doesn't add numbers to his games, trying Bruno from the left like Bernado Silva for City and Zirkzee behind Rasmus like Alvarez and Haland. I just feel although Eth is hailed for this intricate confusing tactics, i don't think he's shown tactical flexibilities to try things. See what Arteta is doing with Havertz as an example, Zirkzee is amazing but until we stop relying in him for actual goals, the pressure will kill him. There's a place for Bruno, Zirkzee, Rashford and Rasmus in a deadly front 4 but I'm beginning to fear that our manager is not flexible enough to put them together.

I'm not sure Zirkzee is the better option over Hojlund, but I totally agree with the choice of wingers. For me neither Zirkzee nor Hojlund have proven to be a really good fit. They both have some really good sides, and some not so good sides. And since they are so different it's difficult to figure out who provides most for the team. I think I would also gravitate towards Zirkzee being the most useful one right now, but I'm not totally sure this is the correct choice. He has had some moments where he did look really good though. But maybe Hojlund would look just as good if he gets the same amount of opportunities.

Completely agree with you on rash, zz & amad, but "not bad at all" doesn't win titles at all. We really missed out on Olise imo. We can't afford the best players, so we get "not bad at all" and promote from the youth. Even those are overplayed week in, week out, while they are still underdeveloped. A decade of mismanagement left us miles behind competitors and catching up under ffp rules will take years of doing everything better than our competitors, but no patience, so blame it on ETH, find a new scapegoat and expect miracles. 🎉

I would start zirkzee cuz in possession he will be very useful but we need him to press more, he never seems like he wants to press or win the ball back, everytime he loses it he just jogs. He was doing this against Fulham, Liverpool, Brighton and Tottenham

AJ what are your thoughts on Zirkzee at the 10, forming a front 4 in the press and dropping off in possession? Could play Bruno at 8 even with this to get the legs and intensity in midfield to suit the current structure. The only concern I can see is Bruno turning the ball over but he can better play his long balls from a deeper position and I think he played deeper when we were a counter-attacking team and it suited him better.

If Zirkzee is the no.10, and is playing behind Hojlund, when Hojlund gets tired, or he gets injured, knowing Zirkzee is also tired, and needs to come off, who's coming in for Hojlund, knowing Zirkzee is also tired and needs to come off, that's why playing them both makes no sense, you can't play all of your attackers, we can't complain about not having a bench, then playing all out attackers at the same time, they all get tired, then we don't have the bench options to replace the tired forwards

we try too hard to accommodate rashy by letting him stay high up...I feel like if rashy and Bruno are out the team we would play much better a front three of garna zerksi and amad and mid field of mount urgate and casemiro back four of Antony Evans de ligt and dalot dalot and Antony are good at tracking back in full back positions on either side of the pitch and they can switch up the pitch in order to invert both cutting in and making runs to create space for amad and garna and zerksi provide the bounce off ball and finish if a cross is put in

@@jean-paulwalters8855 dalot, Maza, Evans, amrabat and colia were all left backs in there prime I guess, anyone can learn a new role if they willing too we are not asking him to play a completely different role like striker or CDM, it's full back we just need his left foot and a couple of runs with the ball and his defensive tenacity and thats why i put Evans there cause he's more of a leader and can hold his hand in terms of positional sense, like i said he already has qualities that suit a wingback but ten hags full backs are just really wingbacks anyway so why not give it a shot

Zirkzee up front and you're an analysis channel? Id love for u to do some analysis on Rashford and then tell me he's not a striker. I cant understand why no one can see Rashford is a striker NOT a winger. He will struggle up front on his own, but u put anothet striker with him, and crosses in the box with midfielders running in Rashford would score 20+ goals. He can use both feet, hes got pace, hes a very good headerer of the ball, hes skillful with great balance, hes strong and hes a decent finisher. Hes simply being played out of position in a team which cant attack. Watch his videos of 30 goal season, his youth coming thru, him breaking on the scene. Number 10 (the shirt he wears) is not a wingers number. If Rashford was in Arsenal or Liverpools team as a striker he would score goals

We want to be harder to beat & control games better by 4.3.3. - this is why we're missing a 'Pogba' type midfielders e.g. Barella, Ederson etc... can protect the ball better cos Bruno is the wrong type of player that can vary the pace of the game so we've prepare to replace Bruno next cos he lacks discipline & is a detrement to the team. If Pogba fit & available bring him back to replace Bruno ASAP! Due a poor start, we still expect minimum 4th place & some cups with this squad this season! Still EtH Out! Keep it in the family!

Garnacho is a better option than Rashford but it's not bad giving Rashford the headstart. I feel Rashford deserves the starting position and Garnacho should provide that fierce competition. However, Garnacho ticks every box better than Rashford since last season till date. He needs to be more consistent and develop his physicality.

Zirkzee needs Ruud to improve his offensive part of his game cos it's not good enough, his body language is 'too casual' & he needs to up his focus, fitness conditioning & sharpness to be a regular in this team! No 'Shin Pads' that an issue to the fanbase. The Coach should tell him 'No Pads No Play' this is where We think the Coach cos he definitely not a manager is been careless & not protecting the players. Capt. Bruno has to play as an disciplined 8 to stay in the team to benefit Zirkzee otherwise drop Bruno & replace him with Eriksen or Mainoo! We expect top 4 minimum with this squad nothing less!

Look at all the teams in the top 6 they all have atleast 1 player that guarantees a minimum 20 goals in all competitions each season. Haaland with City, Saka with Arsenal, Salah with Liverpool, Palmer with Chelsea, Son with Spurs, Watkins with Villa. We need a prolific goal scorer in attack either in the striker position or on the right. As impressive as Zirkzee, Hojlund, Garnacho & Amad have been, their outputs don't suggest they belong in a starting 11 for a top 4 side in the Prem.. Go look at the numbers, they're dissapointingly loud. Meaning we relying more on potential which at this point kind of feels like wishful thinking. The attackers stated above none of them have ever hit 20 goals in all competitions (not just in the league, all comps) in their entire careers. Thats why we so desperately need Marcus Rashford. Look throughout the years of every successful United team we always had a cold hearted killer & Fergie always made sure to dip in the market & buy goals. Van Persie, Rooney, Ronaldo, Tevez, Berbatov, Van Nistelrooy the list goes on. I think we need to cough out that 100m for Vikctor Gyokeres & half of our problems are fixed.

What is the best front three? If we are theorycrafting on 4 - 2 - 1 --3: Rashford -- Hojlund -- Amad. If we are going on Hag''s flaky choices: Rashford - Zirkzee - Garnacho Rashford scored 30 goals 2 seasons ago. Last season he was by his own standards mediocre. You don't go from Hero to Zero for no reason. Rashford and his 30 was what helped put Utd in 3rd place in the PL. If Rashford has lost it, then sell him, bcs a grossly underperforming Striker is no use to the club or himself. If Rashford has not lost it -- and I don't think he has - then sort out the issue(s). That is what a Manager is supposed to do. If the issue is between an extremely talented Striker who is only 26 and his Manager who cannot manage - then dump the Manager You don't pay a Manager to mismanage a club. When you sack Ten Hag is another question altogether, having regard to Transfer windows, league position etc Hojlund is still raw and prone to knocks. He was only bought after the failed attempt to buy Harry Kane. More recently, Toney was a chance missed and so too was Sterling. You cannot win games unless you score goals. If either side fails to score, it is a draw, not a win - I am honestly shocked to see Streamers - not you, AJ - who do not grasp this simple point. Zirkzee has never claimed to be a 9 -- and he is not IMO. If Hag stays, we are going to bobble along ih midtable at best - Wheatley and any other likely Academy player should be tested in the easier games which Tag might win, but quite probably will not. Arnad: needs mentoring and encouragement. but is palpably better in control than Garnacho. If only we had Angel Gomes to feed them - I think Gomes would enhance Zirkzee/Bruno/Mount, which would leave Ugarte to clear up, if only the Manager would select Ugarte, instead of hating him bcs he was bought by Ineos. PS I fear for Yoro - he was not Hag's choice. Accordingly, given Tag''s previously awkward behaviour to those who cross him or those he did not originally select for the club, I fully expect the cynical Hag to introduce Leny very slowly pleading the necessity to integrate into the team while ignoring the inconvenient fact Leny was on the summer tour.

Rashford, Zirkee, Amad. Simple. Amad has creativity, technical ability, unselfishness and 1v1 ability. Zirkee has great technical ability, great hold up and link up play and can score goals. Rashford in the right set up is 20-30 goal wide player, 1v1 dribbling and he is a good foil to the other 2. The issue is Ten Hag. He doesn’t set the team to score because of his poor system (316 formation) and the lack of patterns of play, and coaching playing out from the back. We can score a lot of goals with the right manager. (Haven’t watched the vid when writing this).

I know Fernandes has been great but could we take him out and then move Rash up to the front line, with Zirkzee in the 10. This would allow Rash to be on the inside-left position, while Zirkzee could be the inside right in the 4-2-2-2. I do think INEOS will be looking at the Red Bull game model as something we want to emulate, hence all the link to German managers. Might be something we should test against Fenerbache as no Bruno available.

There are very many reasons we are in thst position. Both on and off the field and cameras... 1. Players haven't really settled in as we expected especially Josh. If he does, change some of mtds of play. He has the goals 2. Tactically the manager has got players exposed hence don't have a unti play 3. The media pressure is also affecting the players and fans. A loss will put high pressure leading to another and another so it has to be limited, just like it is in the other teams and clubs..trust me even Madrid doesn't have media expose like United. 4. The new footballing structure at the club 5. Errors made and lack of Drive on the pitch. Etc Very many challenges
