Definitely, I miss Peruvian food. The lunch menu is far better than the USA lunch, if you want to eat good taste food, you had to pay very expensive in 3 or 4 star restaurant in any others regular restaurants the food is not good, also I miss the Aguaymanto (Golden Berries) they are so good😊, enjoy the good food and fresh fruits in Peru👍

The waitress brings me the wrong dish, and I know I should return it, but dear God it smells sooo good that I end up eating it. Later they "remember" they served me the wrong dish and so the waitress comes to present her appologies and "fix her mistake". But the only thing she finds is an empty plate🤭 and a smiling customer asking for the recipe.

El hombre gravó un video muy pero muy realista, así sin mucha edición como realmente es vivir en Perú, fue a un restaurante y probo el verdadero sabor y sazón peruano, no hizo como otros y fue a un lugar caro, el hombre entro a un restaurante cerca de un mercado y se sentó a comer, eso es excelente. Por cierto la comida y el agua se preparan muy higiénicamente, uno ve el agua en un cilindro y pensaría que esta sucio pero esta cuidadosamente preparado allí.

Hola soy peruana. La próxima vez q quieras comer frejoles con carne, ese plato se llama Seco de Cordero. It includes lamb, beans and rice. It is a dish representative of the north of the country. We serve it with salsa criolla (onions, tomatoes, cilantro, lemon and vinagar). Sometimes we substitute lamb for regular meat. Keep having fun with the food but also be careful. Make sure that the place looks clean and the people serving look clean as well. Glad to know that you enjoy the culture.

Add leftover roasted chicken, pork, hot dogs, or just vegetables. It comes together in just minutes once the simple prep work of chopping the vegetables and assembling the ingredients is done. My recommendation of dishes that you can eat if you come as a tourist to Lima, the main capital. Hasta en USA estan los restaurantes peruanos que ofrecen MENU, hace tiempo que no cocino...para que? No pierdo tiempo en la cocina..Si el MENU es fresco del dia, limpio y de gran cantidad, asi que de un mismo plato me da para dos veces. Te dan entrada, plato principal y tu bebida. (Siempre escojo chicha). Ahhh me olvidaba....personas de otras nacionalidades ya descubrieron las bondades del menu y por consecuencia ahora ahorran tiempo, gas, agua y tienen mas tiempo para estar con sus hijos (trabajan) Una amiga de otra nacionalid dice que solo cocina sábados y domingos.

Eating the fish skin is the best 🤤 And I totally love your vibe! Such a cool guy, I haven't seen someone from another country loving our food that much or eating menu and actually appreciating the whole place and people in the restaurant :) As weird as it may sound, most people are used to using delivery apps and ordering food from other kinds of restaurants. I would say it's usually the people who work around menu places that have menu regularly (which, as you said, is not a good idea because of the fat and things like that). In my experience, we eat menu every once in a while, when we don't feel like cooking or something else comes up, and I definitely love those moments, lol. P.S. Los tallarines verdes son mi plato favorito de toda la vida, la señora no se dio cuenta de que te dio otro plato pero esos tallarines se veían super power, jaja. Nice video!!

Gringo hubo un error en tu pedido, no te trajeron los frejoles que pediste, te dieron tallarines verdes con pollo y salsa huancaína, igual es una buena opción. La señora no te entendió cuando le dijiste si tu plato era el correcto porque no te entendió cuando le dijiste que "si eran frejoles o tallarines" y pensó que no lo querías, a veces suelen confundirse, en esos casos simplemente te lo cambian si les dices que pediste frejoles con pescado y ahí te lo cambian o si es el correcto te lo dicen para que estés seguro, a ver cuando te vemos comiendo la comida de la selva, saludos gringo!

Hey mate! This video made me cherish all the amazing food memories that Peru has to offer and I'm missing it big time! Although the lady got your order somewhat incorrect they just added tallarines verde and papa a la huancaina which is still a bloody good option haha. As an Australian born Peruvian In my opinion your videos are great and easy to understand in both English and Spanish. I reckon videos like this will definitely appeal to an English speaking audience which will help them out when they want to travel to Peru, as well as Spanish speaking people since you have Spanish subtitles. Btw, the dish you mentioned we usually eat on Monday might be Lentejas con estofado, idk if there's an english word for lentejas, I guess its like stew with beans. It's very common to eat noodles with red sauce (similar to bolognesa) on mondays as well

amazing video as always buddy, really enjoy your videos and watching you enjoy our diverse gastronomy PD "TALLARINES" basically means "PASTA" in Spanish and they use spaghetti kind of pasta for the dishes , it's just our way to say pasta, like "tallarines verdes" or "tallarines rojos" wich translate basically to "pasta with green sauce" and "pasta with red sauce" respectively, both of these dishes usually comes with some kind of meat, it could be chicken or beef or fish, tho a personal fav is "tallarines verdes con salsa a la huancaina y apanado" wich my mom makes .

sinceramente resulto bueno la equivocacion del pedido del menú que eran frijoles con pescado, que para mi gusto hiva a ser muy simple y nada espuctacular la presentacion de ese plato, a cambio te dieron un plato mas tradicional que es el tallarin verde con huancaina y pescado, que es mucho mejor en presentacion y sabor.
