“Trouble is relative,” Reed said. “Is it something the trustee truly did wrong, or are the beneficiaries unhappy because the trustee isn’t doing exactly what they want?”
Reed explained that beneficiaries may not realize that trustees are required by Florida law to follow exactly what the trust says should be done.

What do you do when the State created a bare trust and fails to deliver title when the beneficial owner becomes of age of majority? I've sent the notice and demand to deliver all titles, but am waiting for the state trustees to respond.

@24revealer, I am sorry to hear that you are dealing with this situation. Unfortunately, the Florida Bar Rules prevent me from providing specific legal advice on social media. Generally, however, a trustee owes the beneficiary of the trust fiduciary duties to comply with the terms of the trust. The trustee did gather up all of the assets and drained the bank account and the beneficiaries didn’t get a dam thing. There isn’t any punishment for trustees in Minnesota

The judge is the trustee, the beneficiary obviously is the one granted the benefits such as Social Security Administration Trust fund. When a judge denied you your claim that is a breach of fiduciary duty automatically to your benefits . Oops

Excellent observation we send our kids to school to be lawyers to learn how to be Judge Enforcement Trustees over hundreds of Trust sets and we expect our kids to do it without crime and fighting. We will invest a Prebate Probate Nickel and dime to avoid the DIY document crime.
