this video was spot on my heart was starting to race, even i started taking deep breaths along the straights i was right there with you guys knowing how it feels when the stakes are high. Everyone on the podium that day was a winner. Every young sim racer should watch this race. Learn a clean race is more rewarding than a unsportsmanlike win. The journey is more important than the destination. Even the guy in third although heartbroken had a great race. Mistakes happen but great races are seldom found.

Tks for the vid post. What a treat to see a race at Mosport. This track doesn't get the respect it deserves. It's fast with tremendous flow. A long uphill straight, 2 blind downhill turns with similar approaches. Too bad it's only exposure is IMSA. It should be remembered like The Glen and Road America. Tks again.

Great race, I like the format, I often want to watch these races, but don't have the time to sit through the whole stream. I do hate when you get that feeling that the cars ahead are getting punchy and probably gonna cause an incident, only for them NOT too and you're stuck behind them because you gambled on that.

It is interesting that the mistake you made on the last lap your heart rate was pretty high...I think the highest all race at like 149!! Your a good racer...just as good as those other guys....easy for me to say...but try and relax. Some of the best racers in all sports rarely have high heart races from what I understand. Great Race!

I don`t think heart rate has to do with relaxation, it`s just adrenaline improving your reaction time when it matters most. For sure it does make it easier to tense up too much though! Thanks
