in 3rd strike, many MANY sh*t you can do in sf5 & 6 would NEVER work: one good parry can really change the battle. In sf5, because of crush counter unbalanced, v skills/ triggers, the come back factor is too high and too easy to get. In 6, the parry is nearly useless because of the damage scaling WAY TOO HIGH and it follows the same sh*ty road as sfV: rush rush rush. It's less bulls*** than sfV (clearly the worse "new" sf) but still. 3rd strike is REALLY based on skills/reflexes

It's actually somewhat normal to see SA1 from Chun specifically against Dudley and Hugo. She dominates them on the ground but they are both notoriously hard to anti-air. I would still personally pick SAII, but wanted to point out that it's not weird from the perspective of most seasoned 3S players.
