Always enjoy the videos. Word of mouth can be one's biggest asset or worst nightmare. You guys always do the extra work, things sometimes not even in the bid, and the potential customers hear of your reputation, and feel comfortable with your work. Geeze, the driveway had no rebar, could have been 2 inches thicker. The patio had no epifoam and no expansion joints, and no cracks....yet. Is your way wrong? Heck no. Some guys are just lucky. Steve looked a little "cautious" running the mini back on the hillside. Any idea why??? Would you imagine they had to use 6x6 wire plus fiber in the concrete on that deck portion you filmed?? Looked relatively thick as well. The jogger was probably the HOA president checking to make sure you were doing acceptable work. You know how high building standards "aren't" these days. I saw somewhere in the comments about that back pour being a good use for the pumper?? You seem to get it finished with no issues. Sometimes it appears to me, and I know nothing, that folks think it's the cure all for these jobs. Personally I think it would take longer with set up, guessing a little slower in distribution of concrete, compared to using 2 buggies, and then the clean up at the end. I'm assuming you'd only pull that thing out on jobs that truly needed it and not just to use it?? Excellent work as usual. Grab your coffee cup and onto the next job.

I looked at an app for this type of work.. had to pay an arm and a leg. Multiple locations, a dispatcher 🤯. I just want to get from points a to b with out finding no truck restrictions.

@@Concretewiththehauses thankks in my guess I was right, I'am a Retire Residencial Developer in PR we build in Concrete our homes we always use Concrete Pumps because we pour floors, walls and roof at least one set of each daily. I love the work that you and your team do

Rebar is cheap insurance when concrete is so expensive. I hear you on people ignoring the dangers they put themselves into. Trip an fall an it’s your fault. Where I am, people will trespass on personal property, fall and get hurt, and then sue the homeowner. It’s nuts. Enough rant. 😊 I do enjoy the jobs you tackle. No matter the difficulty you make it look great.

Down the road from where we live I seen where a house on their side yard that fill was brought in and compacted. Then the other day as we drove by the concrete guys were laying down concrete but if I were the person having that done I would have asked for a thicker pad. I didn't look like it was even 4 inches thick! Yesterday when we drove by I seen where they made their cuts and a dip down where the roll up door would be. Not sure if they put down any wire at all. If a person is going to have concrete work done at least do it correctly the first time, so what if it costs more!

That's a shame that the builder allowed a substandard driveway to be installed. You pay top dollar for a house and assume things were done right. That's one reason you end up with building code and ordinances for every little thing.
