This is what I’ve needed all my life and never knew. I’m 66yrs old & fairly intelligent. But, my life has been influenced by others. Making mistakes and bad choices have put me where I am now. I’ve always liked being alone but people say thats not normal and something is wrong with me or that I need to socialize more of which I dislike. I look forward to practicing “being alone.” I’ve known this principle was correct but I’ve allowed the world to feed me its negativity. Now I have the tools to begin thanks to this video. Thankyou so much. I am a subscriber now and will follow these ideas. 😉👌🏼

Before watching I will comment on the title: I believe one of the reasons we discover isolation is necessary is a messaging and transmission issue. Through any spiritual process, we encounter a difficulty with interoperation on just about all other levels that we have to deal with. This really hits home when we interact with other people - especially friends or family. There is an incompatibility with the journey and the repetitive program of societie's expectations of conformity to preexisting belief models. Breaking a belief model has a sense of betrayal to oneself where others will attempt to put you back on the normative pathway. You can't move forward when the world insists your mind behaves in a particular mode. I'll comment on my comment after watching the content... back in 15 minutes.

I wonder if there is anyone who has no regrets? Especially as we get older. Learning to let go of them is helpful and don't be so hard on yourself! Blessings to you
