Potential Benefits: 1. Antioxidant Properties: Hydrogen is thought to neutralize harmful free radicals that contribute to oxidative stress, which is linked to aging and various diseases. 2. Anti-Inflammatory Effects: Some research suggests hydrogen water may reduce inflammation in the body, which is beneficial for conditions like arthritis, heart disease, and other inflammatory disorders. 3. Energy Boost: Some studies have shown that athletes who drink hydrogen water report increased energy levels and reduced muscle fatigue after strenuous exercise. This might be due to the reduction of oxidative stress. 4. Improved Cognitive Function: There is emerging research that suggests hydrogen water could have neuroprotective effects, potentially benefiting cognitive function and slowing the progression of neurodegenerative diseases. 5. Enhanced Athletic Performance: Some athletes use hydrogen water as a way to recover faster from workouts and reduce muscle soreness. Forms of Hydrogen Water: • Hydrogen Tablets: These are the kind of products the KZbin researcher is likely talking about. Tablets are dissolved in regular water to create hydrogen-rich water. This is a convenient and portable way to get hydrogen water. • Hydrogen Water Machines: These devices infuse water with molecular hydrogen, allowing you to produce hydrogen water at home. • Pre-bottled Hydrogen Water: Some companies sell pre-bottled hydrogen water that’s already been infused with molecular hydrogen, although some studies question how well the gas is retained in these bottles over time. Scientific Research: Although some early research is promising, it’s important to note that the evidence supporting hydrogen water’s health benefits is still relatively limited. Most of the studies have been small, and larger, more rigorous clinical trials are needed to fully validate the claimed health benefits. Safety: Hydrogen water is generally considered safe for consumption, as hydrogen gas itself is non-toxic. However, it’s always wise to consult with a healthcare provider before adding new supplements to your regimen, especially if you have underlying health conditions or are taking other medications. Are you thinking about trying hydrogen tablets, or just exploring the concept?

This is really interesting. Now, I need to find a KZbin showing people using hydrogen. Ah…Dr Joy just said she uses the hydrogen pill. If she says it’s good then that helps me to maybe try it.

What is that back ground noise. ? I can't listen to what you're saying.. I wanted to. 🥴

We had treatment going at the same time such as a laser machine. Apologize for the noise.

@@JoyKongMD Ohh I wanted to hear the info, but could not concentrate. I've done the inhalation version. Haven't noticed a difference after 4 times.. have you? I also worry about heavy metals in the tablets. I did use some from Ari Whitton. It literally looks like heavy metals floating in your glass.🫣. Love to know your thoughts since I know you're cognoscente of these toxins? 🙏🏼

@@PianoPatterns123 Thank you. But I have an aversion to having head phones on... I'll see if there's a transcript. 🙏🏼

Sounds very strange (snake oil allert) to use tablets when you easily can make hydrogen from water, and such machines do exist and are not expensive. A quick Google search: "Many hydrogen water tablet companies may claim their tablets infuse a glass of water with a hydrogen concentration of 12 ppm, but these claims are misleading. Generally, the highest possible concentration of hydrogen in water is 1.8 ppm. Tablets are also inconsistent in the actual concentrations they provide, making them an unreliable source of hydrogen-rich water. Machines like Tyent’s ionizers, on the other hand, provide consistent levels of hydrogen concentration up to 1.8 ppm."

If you look around on youtube the companies that sell bottles and devices have varying levels when tested.

@@nopillpill I just paid about 20 dollars for a hydrogen tester. It shows that I can't get 1 ppm using my 30 dollar machine.

I popped in at the point of the difference of inhalation and ingesting. RICE is something that has been debunked awhile ago. Which is not good that he isn't aware of this.. the swelling is necessary- it sends healing mitochines in the fluid to heal you. Unless it is so swollen, you can't take the pain of the extra pressure. He should do some research so he is up to date. 🫤
