CocoBoy i live around a lot of Cubans. A lot have come here illegally after the pandemic. If a Cuban touches the US soil they are safe and are offered immediate protection, they cannot be deported so they have taken advantage to come to the US in large numbers recently because of worsending economic conditions which most countries have suffered from after the pandemic and high inflaiton. Also President Biden has a new policy maybe a year or so old where any US citizen or resident can sponsor people from 4 countries to come to the US whether you are related to them or not and one of those countries is Cuba, Venezuela, Haiti and Nicaragua so some have also taken advantage of that legal route since there is already a huge Cuban population in the US.
