Hello Gabriel and OH MY GOSH!!! I've never seen a more beautiful place than Symi Greece. The water is so clear and blue. The town and the country side is remarkable! My kinda place! I've never been to Greece, but you better believe this Cat is going!! This is the 4th place to see on my bucket list.. The food looked so fresh and delicious.. You were having a ball here in Symi and now you're in Aruba in the Caribbean with that awful wind blowing in from the ocean and that plain town.. BIG DIFFERENCE!! Ridiculously beautiful, thanks for showing us around. I do hope that this place does not get the mass attention that Santorini and Mykonos "enjoy" though, for it has totally, and probably irrevocably, destroyed these islands. Both locals and tourists need to understand that the infrastructures of these places are very limited and cannot host that many people. The afforementioned Greek islands started out with immense, wild, natural beauty, and have now come to be full of garbage, traffic and buildings with no respect to traditional architecture whatsoever. It really is a pitty, short term profit comes before preserving natural beauty i guess.

This summer i went to lefkada.It was awesome.The beaches were all so so nice .it also has a waterall in nydri (in lefkada) which is pretty cool! I think that it will be a good idea for your next video!

Fantastic video. Very good point made by K Ben. Aside that Greece and also Greece's islands are one incredible and gorgeous place after another, K Ben pointed out that for instance all these islands are just the right amount of modernity and technology. I would not like Greece with glass buildings. I also don't like Greece in houses that one sees in for instance much of the 3rd world countries. Houses like these ones on Symi for intance are not only breathtaking, they feel timeless. They can be modern and classic at the same time. It's great.

Unfortunatly we have a lot of this (third world)buildings in most of citties and towns in Greece and this is due to the civil war that happened right after 2nd world war here in Greece after the country side had been devastated by war.People flawked in the citties and those buildings was a cheep way for them to put a roof over their head.Althow some of them are nice in the inside and those round balkonys who are terrible aesthetically are actully good if you consider the hot summers and luck of space in the citties.

Those 70s year buildings are not remotely close to 3rd world country. They are not the greatest, but they are a far cry away from 3rd world countries. I have been to Greece like 25 times to know if that's the case or not. Also this 70s-80s year house constructions due to rapid expanse of populations happens everywhere in Europe. They all are aesthetically less in all these countries, but they are not 3rd world. And nowadays Greece's real estate is very stylish and luxiurious and since it's a country full of mountains it's also focused on beautiful stone styles, which are splendid and better than many countries nowadays in Europe.

why all the animosity each has their own way to travel Gabe spends money on food and accommodation just like the rest of us tourists .. not everyone can go the instagram route... also re Greece there are plenty of rich Greeks and Greek Cypriots who are doing nothung to helo their fellow people who due to collapse there are having to live in squalid semi homeless conditions ... Instead of such a huge wedding they could help those very badly in need by inviting less guests
