Hello and welcome, I'm Araya and I am here to you remember who you are and to get what you want out of this human experience. In this space, we talk about all things spirituality, manifestation, consciousness, health, and wellness. I spent years and years and hundreds of thousands of dollars learning how to heal my body from chronic illness, which ended up being my soul's chosen path to awakening and having me remember who I am. A new earth is here, and I am honored to be a guide as we shift into this new 5D world. Let's decondition our minds, leave the matrix behind, and celebrate our uniqueness and authentic truth. Namaste, my friends!
Subscribe for more videos like this and for updates on my own personal and spiritual journey of solo traveling Europe with my dog, Arlo. We are currently doing van life and have plans to travel all over the EU this year. I'm on a path of leaving my old life and belongings behind to step into my own truth and to find where in this world I want to call home. Thank you for being here!

Sitting and relaxing and breathing has great physical benefits as well, not just metaphysical. Lowers blood pressure, great for memory, has anti-inflammatory effects on the body, and great for your heart. Reduces and releases stress in the body. Anti aging effects. Helps to release melatonin which helps us sleep. I do love your message and understand what you're saying as well. Thank you.

I take naps more often than meditate, or sometimes it's something in between, but I usually don't have trouble quieting my mind, I remember when I first did yoga the teacher was putting so much emphasis on trying to quiet the mind and I was confused like "was I supposed to be thinking of something right now" 🤣

Abraham Hicks talks about how meditation OR taking a nap can both be very helpful for changing momentum and getting your perceived reality more in alignment with what you do want✨

I use meditation operate from my heart space and not the mind. I don’t do it to think about nothing I do it to connect with source which is me. I personally completely disagree. This channel is just your filter on how you view life and I thought that it was interesting but I personally am not interested in looking at life through anybody’s filter. I have my own light that I feel life. Im unsubscribing and blocking.

you should ALWAYS meditate, you do realize that meditation profoundly changes your brain structure and modifies the frequencies your brain operates on right? I have 5 EEG headsets that measure brainwave frequencies, I have seen the profound impacts of mediation on electronic readouts.

Awww that horse loves you. So relaxed around you. You sound like you're in the space capsule though. NASA to Earth we have a problem. The wind is too high Captain. I can't hold her. She's going to fly away. 🤣😂 To meditate or not to meditate ? 🤔 the age old question many gurus have asked. I know the answer. The answer to life is 42. If you ever watched the Hitchhiker's Guide to The Universe you will get that reference. Have a good one young lady. 😎✨

Serving just comes out as flow. No hesitation but an awareness on whether or not it's for the greater good. Thanks for still putting up the video dispite the audio issues. A wireless mic with a mic cover would help at times like this. 👍

Meditation should be enforced by law given the current state of humanity... Meditation is the art of being in a world full of Egos consumed by doing...You can do fine without meditation if u live in a natural environment like a horse farm or similar, nature is always in meditation and its energies influence us in a positive harmonious way, but if u live in a city without meditation u will end up with mental and emotional issues, insane, neurotic, moody and depressed as ur average adult. Meditation is always food for the soul, even great spiritual masters continued meditating without any need for it as they were fully God realized or liberated.

Hey araya- i just wanted to thank you so much for your content, it is very appreciated. I'm about to go on a similar journey from the end of this year, though my journey will take me to Asia (i am in Europe). Like you, i just feel this gravitational pull and i know in my heart there's no other option but to follow that pull even though my rational mind is still going on about giving up a cushy job, my flat etc. I'm not sure if you've done a video on this yet, apologies if you have but id be very interested in what you went through right before you left. I think for me a big step will be to give up my flat in London, which makes my parent's house in a tiny village in Germany my "home" again outside of the travels. I'm not sure if you've had similar experiences giving up your previous home but it would be helpful to hear from other people how they have dealt with that uncertainty and what you feel about it now, being on the road! I know I'm doing the right thing and there's no way i can stay where i am, however the mind still likes to do what it does ;). It is quite a big thing to give up a known world for one that is unknown and you've done it already:) Thanks for all that you do!

I definitely understand this whole process!! It can be so scary to challenge all of your beliefs that tell you that it’s not safe to follow your intuition, but I believe that when you move through those layers of the subconscious and continue to choose alignment with your soul and that you’ll always be guided and protected, everything will work out! And of course there will be opinions of others, but you just have to know yourself and know your reason for choosing this path and that’s all that matters✨

I’m now in my 50s and with my girlfriend at the time (who is now my wife!) we gave up everything our jobs and our house in our late 20s to travel, and we didn’t even know if we would come back to Wales but we did eventually. 30 years later we are happily married and still reflect on the life changing experiences we had. Our lives have been so enriched by taking the leap of faith that we did and we still draw from those experiences today. As for dealing with the uncertainty, that was the exciting part for us as we viewed it as an incredible journey full of opportunities around every corner and full of time to be creative and reflective. It was incredible. The only challenges I had was after about 8 weeks I started feeling this huge wave of guilt about not working but living a life with time on my hands to do what we wanted to do. How sad was that! That soon passed. My only regret was that it wasn’t a spiritual journey for us at least in the way that we define it today. The only other challenge was when we came back (mainly to see family again - but these days, the world is a much smaller place) I struggled to settle back into routine at first but we lived off the memories of our journey. We love our lives now but I don’t think we’d be happy if we hadn’t given up everything for our own journey 30 years ago. So for us, the uncertainty became the opportunity and I hope to do it all again in our later years. Hope you find your way in the same way we did, really admire you for doing what you’re doing and following your heart. Sending our love snd best wishes for your life changing journey ahead x

@@TruTo68 thank you so much for this long reply I really appreciate you taking the time to write it! And thank you so much for your well wishes- it sounds like your journey was a great opportunity for you and your wife to build a lifelong bond which sounds absolutely wonderful! Yes it's scary to give everything up but I think it's mostly about what there is to gain and the fact that these things are scary mean that's exactly the right path:). I'm really happy for you that you got to go on this journey and I hope you get to do it again when you're ready - sincerely wishing you all the best and thank you again ❤️

Dont meditate be mediative. Now to get to that, meditation can be a tool. Life has its paradoxes. Also ego will do what it can to prevent you from being mediative. One trick is to say you are now mediative, or this is "it"
