I'm from Iloilo and I purchased a pres selling property last yr at 2M. After a year appreciation is from 2.4-2.8M in just a span of 1yr. Issues with the audio. Seems like the intro music is way louder compared to the subdued voices. I had to turn down the volume every time the music came on. Otherwise, great content.
