Honestly, I studied Graphic Design. At some point along the way I felt like my talent (or passion) became an obligation and I felt trapped. To this day I feel like I betrayed myself. What I always was. I asked for a sign to get my passion back and I feel like finding this video was no coincidence. Thank you so much.

I used to have a friend that I really cared about, she is from Brazil and her english sounded just like yours, a tiny bit broken and with their accent being noticeable (Which is prefectly fine, your english is 12/12). Thing is that one night she attempted and that left me very, very broken for a long time. Thankfully she survived and just got sent to the hospital, I never talked to her due to anger and sorrow alone due to some stuff she did to me. Listening to the music, the visuals, and most importantly, the fact that you sound just like her really hit my core. She never really said anything as sentimental as anything said in this video, so somehow I felt like she was saying some parts of this video. This video just brought so much peace to my soul as well as inspiring me to be greater, thank you, Josh Art.

@@udhayatalks12 Its true, the people u see online does not reflect most people in real life. Art is VERY competitive, especially with AI art now the industry focuses on hiring seasoned vets. I have a ton of art school friends who dropped out, switching to Engineering, Computer science, etc- ALWAYS HAVE A BACKUP. If u wanna pursue art, make it a side gig first and see how it goes while focusing on a different more on demand career like STEM, healthcare, IT or etc.

Thank you so much for making this video, as young artist who graduated early and moved out to a place to study in a foreign country, I have social anxiety and my mental health is not in a right state which I became depressed. My depression and anxiety is messing with me and I realized that I needed to take care of myself more. I used to draw everyday and exceptionally well, but I became overwhelmed by the responsibilities that had been dumped into me at a relatively young age to which I became busy and I started doubted my own skill after not drawing for a long time which led to me having to deal with Impostor syndrome, lately I've been trying ways to reduce my stress and improve my emotions which helped me a lot through the hard times. I felt like I have nobody to talk to, but I needed a message that pulls me out from the hole I am sinking in. I cannot thank you enough how much this means to me. Again, Thank you.

I genuinely haven't come across anyone online with a style like yours. It's so gentle and calm, warm and beautiful. I love the small things you did, like the little outro at the end and the transitions. I love the colour grading, advice & your filming style is like IRL Studio Ghibli. You can tell from your level of skill with art and filmmaking that you have a unique style and worked hard on your craft. You haven't copied anyone; no thing created by human is 100% unique. Ideas, concepts, plots and imagery all is a compilation of experiences and inspiration collected into one piece. Please continue your craft. You've earned a new subscriber for sure.

This video is exactly what I needed. As someone who is trying to grow their own art channel, I do find myself at times being a little hard on myself for not working on art everyday because I need to take breaks. Love your routine and I for sure will take these tips. I am almost done with this college semester and I am excited to crank up my channel again once I get out. Also the painting you did was beautiful 😍. The people that say all those negative things about you, your art, and your art are just sad individuals with nothing else better to do.

For me, its not so much I'm lazy and don't feel like drawing. Its when the urge and passion hits me when my art is much better. Daily drawing is fine, but I don't do it because it just doesn't work for me. Do, what works for you. I also have hyperfocus issues as well, where I am very focused on a project but then get bored over time and move on to something else. For those who have this issues, embrace it! I leatherwork, I do pastel art work, crochet, knit, game, garden, and so on. But I always come back around to it because I enjoy it all. I am a man of many talents, but a master to none! Life is so short and it sucks that we can't master everything and can only master a few things with what little time we have in life. So embrace you!

Some masterpieces or inventions are made because of scarcity. Limited resources and poverty is the best avenue to practice our resourcefulness and creativity. Some artists and inventors came to be because of their poor conditon. I saw on tv once a kid who wanted to paint but was poor so he painted with extracts from fruits and leaves and soil and he became well known. I also watched a successful shadow artist who came to be because when he was a kid, they dont have electricity, so he played with his shadows. Dont make excuses and stop feeling sorry for yourself. Look at it in a different light and use this as an opportunity.
