This is my ALL TIME FAVORITE!!! 💘 The only thing I would change is to make the pantry bigger, a sink in the mud room and a coat closet by the front door. I love that they put a closet in the mud room for brooms, mops & a vacuum that is usually forgotten in most of these homes but other than that it's a "Winner Winner Chicken Dinner"...(in my Chance voice) ❤😂😂😂❤

My son, and daughter in law, live on the Oregon coast and bought two side by side lots, and then they bought a triple wide and set it on a concrete base. It looks like a "regular" home. This was back in the late '90,s, and the house still looks good as new. This did a great job with landscaping, too.

The first one is my dream home! I absolutely love it!!! If I could, I’d like to buy the floor plan to this house. Change the office and pantry combine the two into a dream butlers pantry , remove the cabinet doors under the counter and replace them with drawers, get rid of the wire racks. Set it on a basement with a cold room connected to the basement, with a heavy door. I’ve never heard of a cold room until I watched a home remodel with a cold room in the basement. Guess it’s a Canadian thing.

Very pretty exterior. Love the kitchen! The cabinets and that pantry are amazing! For the record, I have to wait for my husband when we go out! This home is truly one of a kind, Chance! That master closet really got me! Now for the other five!

This is just exquisite! Palm Harbor makes lovely, sturdy homes. Love the layout. Kitchen island is perfect size & without a sink & dishwasher in it! Love the den. Master bedroom & bath superb.
