i can immediately tell that closet in the kitchen of the cheap house is the furnace. the vent in the door is a dead giveaway to hvac people. which, if i were selling that house i would consider moving it to the attic in order to make a pantry.

Lenexa actually has one of the shortest commute times in the area. 2.4 minutes less than kcmo. Lenexa has more jobs than it does population.
