I do 4 days ketogenic, 3 days ketovoor in a week, to pump up the protein in my diet to prevent sarcopenia, and the animal fats to protect the nerves to prevent neurological disorders, because I'm an old girl.

Everything is better with butter! I have taught my granddaughters that, lol. When they are here i feed them low carb, most of the time, and they dont miss the pasta or bread. Hubby and I eat as low carb as possible but enjoy or salads and veggies too much to be ketovore or carnivore. Thanks to Dr. Berry for helping us with that 5y ago. You are greatly appreciated Dave! Ketovore is 10g of carbs or less per day. No wheat, grains or sugar. Just a meat/fat heavy diet with whole foods. Most people can't handle lactose, so butter and gee are about the extent of the dairy recommended. Unless your cheese is super aged that is.
