Oooh I can’t wait to try. I have 2 go-to Bolognese recipes- one for pasta and one for lasagna. But I sneak chicken livers into them- shhh don’t tell anybody 😂

Definitely not obvious - I appreciate the question! This recipe was largely developed with my fiancée in mind who can’t do nightshades. You can definitely work in tomato into the bolo for a lasagna rossa instead of bianca.
