This is a nice home priced for purchase. I would want the drywall too. I just need a half bath somewhere off living room/den area for guest. I need upgraded tile shower with bench & wand in Master bath. I need to look into this one. Looking to purchase one soon. Thank you for the tour! 🥰

The one thing I would change is the molding and trim, I like the wood trim and crown molding. We are looking for another house right now, we are letting our son have the one we live in now for his starter home:. it's a great house, and we are retiring soon. So we talked it over and decided to get a new home. Very lovely video, Ms Christy 😊

I really like this home. I would add a woodburning fireplace and in the den and a woodburning stove in the flexroom. And also a bathtub in mstr bath.

The floor plan is nice and big but the kitchen is super small lacks cabinet space. Also the cabinets look very shallow and the openings to them are small. Is this common in mobile homes?

In today's housing market, I'm surprised all home aren't sheet rock walls , wide trim and base boards, instant sell. Great house, just upgrade finishes.

What is "finished" drywall? What if it were unfinished?

Unfinished just means it’s wall panels. Like traditional mobile homes have. It’s still dry wall but it’s thinner and has the strips

I agree I wouldn't care if it was 30k more to do drywall and crown molding. It would be worth the extra money. I am not sure about the layout with the bedrooms. I think I'd do away with the jack and jill bathroom and make the bedrooms larger. Even the room you called entertainment room. I'm big on large bedrooms. These other things are not necessary.
