Oh wow, what a home. One of the best thus far. The only things I think I would change is to have a closet and a real entry way at the front door and a sink in the laundry room. I love that closet. It's freakin' awesome. I can't stand these homes with the master closet in the bathroom.

Thank you so much for creating this Channel. I live in California and the housing market is ridiculously too high so seeing alternatives that are more affordable is encouraging. We just got Clayton homes out here but the cost of them plus installation is a bit higher in price. So I’m hoping if I move out of California I can actually be able to afford a home. God bless you ❤

A diva after my own heart. When covid pressures first broke out I tried to convince my husband for us to move down 4 miles away to a country town and get a new one of these. In case everything went nuts we could run off into the woods. But we had just bought our big cookie cutter house in the burbs. We sat in the same honeymoon cottage for 30 years. I just love manufactured homes.

I really liked this home overall. I don't recall seeing a pantry, which is something I would expect in a home of this size. I really liked the office area. I could use it as an office and craft area. It has enough space to accommodate both. I loved the master bedroom. There was enough space to fit all my furniture even with the two closet doors. The only things I didn't really like in the master bath were the mirrors and the tub. I don't like the bright lights in the mirror as it hurts my eyes and I prefer a surrounded jetted tub instead of stand alone. I really like the open concept, but there is also some separation. I could picture my things in this home and living here fairly comfortably.

I've said it before, I'll say it again, not every dealer with the same name will be equal to a dealer in another area with that same name. I had a budget, and the Clayton dealer I saw only had homes that were $230k and up, and the $150-$200k range were all single wides, so as you shop around, and if the dealer REFUSES to watch any of her videos, to see what you're shopping for as my experience was, be prepared to travel to another dealer. This beautiful home with a reasonable price is proof that not all Clayton dealers are created equal.

I love everything about this home except the placement of the family room and the lack of a pantry. Last thing I want when Im winding down at night, is to hear my teenagers gaming or watching TV right outside my door, or if youre trying to "make some magic happen" and your kids are right outside your door, and due to the placement, you have to walk through the family room just to get to the master, which again, Im not crazy about due to the placement. The only other minor thing that I dont like is the lack of an isolated toilet (poop room lol) in the master bath and the soaking tub. Both of these arent deal breakers, but I think the placement of the family room would be, which is unfortunate because I love the placement otherwise. I think if they had placed the master entry beside the fireplace in the formal living room, cutting out a small portion of the closet, I'd like it better.

I bought a home and 2012 the studs in the wall started twisting and coming out of the drywall knocking the drywall down and all the trim down even came through my ceiling I never could get the AC unit working right that the warranty was only for a year and then they refuse to do anything else to it even though I fought them for that whole year to get this work done they told me my floor was two layers of three-quarter inch plywood and it turns out it's two layers of particle board Clayton Homes is a joke
