The main reason they edited Garam out of the documentary is the fact that HYBE don’t own Garam’s image anymore so they are not able to use her in any footage newly to be released, but they showed Haruka which would mean that she is still in the company . She’s also probably excluded so she isn’t harassed and the group aren’t hated, and so no one brings the issue up again although she has been proven innocent.

You sure about the first part of your statement? Do you have information on that, because as a company I would definitely reserve the rights to use her image even after they ended the contracts. Thats like JYPE losing all rights to show videos of twice, in the event of them disbanding. Seems unlikely. I agree with your second statement tho.

@@stefannico those are completely two diff scenarios. garams contract was terminated. twice contract would’ve just run out. when you’re terminated from a company before your contract is over it’s illegal for them to use any content involving you for profit. it would be exploitation and hybe could get sued.

@@btsserafim4006 that depends on the contract. The company could retain any rights to all content created while Garam was under contract, even after termination. The copyright and property over that content could stay with hybe even after garam left. If it were not so, only Garam would have the rights, so she could publish pictures of her trainee days and from the documentary that only shows her. Thats way less likely than the rights staying with Hybe. Disclaimer: I study law and thats usually how things of that nature go. Thats why I'm asking if someone has information on the conditios of contract and the termination contract or on who holds the rights to these videos and photos of Garam now. 😊

They don't own garam image anymore so they can't use her image . Garam can sue the company if they use her . They really edit it very well tho no hint of her in there like she wasn't there .

I understand the reasoning but it breaks my heart that they completely edited and cropped garam out of this documentary. Like she never existed in the group. unfortunately they have to cut her out due to legal reasons. They do not have a contract with her anymore and are not allowed to use her for this without legal problems (like do they get money from this? If yes, she would need to be compensated etc)

Garam is NOT coming back, this documentary more then confirms that, at the very end they show the members Names, all FIVE of them, HYBE couldnt be anymore clear and firm on their stance that Garam is OFFICIALLY gone from the group and Lesserafim will continue moving forward without her, it's been done before in other groups, it can and will be done here as well, people like you who blindly support Garam will fade away with time, just like how most people dont even know Stray kids had a 9nith member long ago, it will be the same with lesserafim, in a few years, most of the fans wont even be aware that there was a sixth member, you are trying to fight a losing battle, get over it and MOVE ON
