I like endless super expert in SMM2 but I LOVE 100 man super expert in SMM1. It is just nice to have an ending, a goal. I never understood why Nintendo removed one feature to add another, why not just have both as an option in 2?

Definitely nice to see more SMM1 content! Ryu, here's a challenge I wanna see you do since 100 man is too easy for you. You previously did 100 lives to go through all 4 difficulties, but that wasn't a challenge since you arrived at super expert with almost maxed lives anyway. So here's my twist: start on easy with 1 life, then go onto normal, expert, and super expert like before. But this way you need to try and gain as many lives as possible on the easier difficulties in order to survive the harder ones!

3:22:I think if u had put that spring down where the one on the left of the screen was,went back and grabbed yet another spring(so 3 springs in total),put 1 spring down on that last ice block,put yet another spring on that one so that it bounced off the bottom one,had a spring in ur hands and jumped from the one that was bouncing up u would've very,very likely made it to the end blocks lol(it would've been even easier with 4 springs but idk where u'd get another one tho lol). Edit:Ok so after rewatching this I saw that one spring was stuck lol,but even with just 2 springs u would've VERY easily been able to make that:Just put one spring on that ice block,carry one with u/put the other one on that one so u could've jumped from higher up,and voila:Very easily u could've made it to the end man

Also remember that when you go back to Mario Maker 1 it's always still probably pretty important to do some practice warm up kaizo stuff before these 100 challenges. After watching you go back to this I also felt like playing again and practiced with easy, normal, expert 100s. It didn't help. Too out of touch now. I began my Super Expert 100 with a level that was a TAS 4 Midair shell jump level SMB3 style. I tried it only like 12 times and then remember how grueling some things are in the game. Got some annoyingly extremely long levels in expert too and skipped them. If they were more fun the way they were made I might have played until the goal. It can be brutal.
