Fooster is absolutely right about making the bed. Things like dust mites. Also, if I remember right, if your pillow is like 6-12 months old then 10% of the weight of your pillow is dust mites, dead skin cells, etc. Change your pillows, people. Also, not sure a lot of people realise this - but you can turn the brightness of your cell phone's flashlight up (and down). I know when I discovered that, I was pretty stoked. A-ha! He mentioned Mortuary Assistant! That's the exact same vibes I got when you went into the basement too.

On the topic of cellulose and food: Rant below It's harmless for the most part, but too much will cause some gastric distress, but it has to be a lot and depends on a person's body type. While many are put off by it being wood pulp, we actually eat a lot of things from trees, cinnamon, for example. (Also cellulose is in so much food, including creams, ice cream, bread, and more. Honestly too many companies use it to cut costs in bad faith to consumers. ) Most plant based fiber supplements are mainly cellulose. It basically boils down to, fiber helps you poop, cellulose is fiber, more fiber more poop. Too much fiber, too much...well you get it. I still recommend reading labels and researching what the terms mean. I had to do that as I was helping a friend going through renal failure with their diet, as well as my fiancée when he was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. If anyone reading this is interested in nutrition. and how it affects the body, I strongly recommend "Quick Diabetic recipes for Dummies". It has so much information in it that's easy to digest, and works for more than just diabetics. Personally, learning food science and reading labels has helped me lose 90lbs. All the other diet books I bought had been a waste of money. Lessons learned.

As it stands, I'd be under the bed with my groceries and never come out until Grandpa and the police drag me out from under it. Liam and his creepy ass friends can knock all they want.

I'm extremely sensitive to black mold. For over 10 years I was suffering from migraines that would cause seizures, constant fatigue, visual disturbances (flashing, spots, floaters, eye pain) and body aches. No doctor knew what was causing it and a few even told me I was faking. Finally I had someone do a deep dive into my living history and we were able to find out that each place I had lived had mold and the one place I lived that didn't I had felt good. I got tested and found a pretty severe allergy to common house molds. Once I removed all the mold in my house I was fine. Lately the headaches have returned. I'm searching behind walls to find mold growing again after a wet winter. I wouldn't be surprised to learn that most of the undiagnosed autoimmune issues people have are actually due to mold and mildew exposure.

The stuff about the critters in our beds is true. We are all constantly surrounded by mites that eat dead skin. By making your bed you create a warm, humid, and sheltered place for them to live, and breed. Airing out your sheets won't kill all of them, but it will reduce the numbers.

Cellulose is completely fine to eat. In fact, we don't even have the enzymes to digest it, so it exits the body completely without chemically affecting the organism. It can actually help in digesting other nutrients, as it acts as fiber. To be clear, this doesn't mean that is absolutely harmless. But there is no evidence that supports it is bad. On the other hand, there are derivatives from cellulose, such as cellulose gum, that might cause some mild issues, but as far as I know, that's not being added into parmesan cheese. I any case, moderation is always the safest bet.

Its hard usually as a male who boxes and is a veteran to wrap my head around the fears of a female. That is, until I saw this. I felt my pulse race, my nerves stood on end, and all I could think was, "get the axe, find it quick". Then again, many females wouldn't have the muscle strength to wield a fire/wood cutting axe in a life or death situation very well. Not saying they couldn't use one, I was just thinking, if I were her, in that position, that might not even do me any good against a larger male. Being in the vulnerable position made me feel weak and hopeless. Which is why I always tell people to buy a gun and get trained on how to use it. If they can't find someone, call me, I'll teach them. But that said, it may be a country where she cant simply "buy a gun". Scary.

Okay, just getting to this, but your comment on a nice warm bath reminded me of something I learned! This is obviously not everyone's situation, but the relief I got from a depressive episode or major moodiness by taking a hot bath was actually a signal of a medical condition. After communicating this with a doctor, we discovered I had high blood pressure, and a hot bath was dilating my vessels, relieving the pressure and making me feel better. I'm getting proper medication now, and no more episodes! TLDR- Don't ignore your body's signals.

Funny that you mentioned Mortuary Assistant, because I just watched Fisks videos on it and i was looking through your channel to see if you had played it or not. Even if you watched Markiplier play the game I still think it would be fun to watch you play it. New subscriber by the way, I have really been enjoying your content.
