I am so glad I found this! I have been an ABBA fan for over 45 years, grew up in in East Germany, lived in England for over 21 years now. ABBA are (and always have been) SPECIAL! I know not everyone thinks like that, BUT ... if this song doesn't touch you (for whatever reason) .... check that you're heart is not made of stone ... ;-)

Bless you Mira for your heartfelt reaction to this slice of analysis of a toxic relationship. Like all of ABBA's best songs, beneath the exquisite music and angelic harmonies, there are equal layers of pain and happiness that give this song it's raw beauty. Like anything which improves with age, Agnetha's storytelling voice just sounds all the better for the heartfelt cracks in the vocals here and there. Hi there! I just stumbled upon your KZbin Channel and watched your reaction to ABBA's "I can be that woman". More success to what you do. The song's fact : Is about a woman who has an addiction problem. May be an addiction to alcohol or drugs. . She always picks fights with her patient and understanding husband or partner whenever she uses the substance but she is still willing to stay with him and turn a new leaf despite the disappointment she is to the man.
