In the traditional brick-making industry, while machines amalgamate the raw materials, human hands are required to individually set and dry each brick. Observing the labour-intensive nature of this process in his family's brick kiln, Satish Kumar from Sonepat, Haryana, a Class X dropout, decided to innovate. Firm in his belief that real-world experience is the best education, Satish developed SnPC machines which have the astounding capacity to lay 12,000 bricks in just one hour. These machines have not only transformed the brick-making process but also significantly reduced costs. While conventional bricks come at 60 paise per block, SnPC's innovative approach reduces the cost to a mere 20 paise per block. Recognising this groundbreaking contribution, the Government of India honoured SnPC machines with the National Startup Award. Now, with over 250 machines distributed across Asia, orders continue to pour in, showcasing the transformative power of one man's vision and ingenuity. #India #brick #machine #madeinindia #engineering #vehical
