Just to back up your support for best girl Nico: the way the game's anomaly damage formula works, every instance of anomaly damage that goes into fueling the final anomaly proc is weighted by whomever contributed said damage. This means if your Anomaly Proficiency and Attack is low, the anomaly proc will be low. And if they're high, the anomaly proc will be high. AND if multiple characters contribute to the anomaly proc, the damage of that proc is a percentage based on the total contributions. This means at if your team comp relies on anomaly damage, having a support or stunner who is part of that anomaly damage equation with high Attack and Anomaly Proficiency stats is vital. Low anomaly stats on your non Anomaly characters will gimp your anomaly damage procs.

Cool video but during the fight, in your first stun window you charge Nicole's EX for too long and wasted most of the stun window. ZY only got like 2 shots during that window. In the 2nd stun window, you didn't refresh Nicole's buff and debuff at all and you ult without the buffs. Usually you just you want to quick switch to Nicole once during the stun window and press her ex. This gives more than enough time for the entire rotation

I completely agree! I’m not specifically which section you’re referring to but a major point I wanted to emphasize is that you doing the extended Nicole tech can definitely lose value if you use it at a bad time !

Lol, i was very fortunate. While chasing Nicole mindscapes and trying to build pity. Zhu came home early twice and won the 50/50. 70 searches. I want to maximise her field time because of the auto reload. So, holding on Nicole might actually be a loss for me. I need to decide if Anby is better utilsed on Ellen. I put Nekomata on Ellens team for now to trigger assault. No Lycean.

So the gacha gods blessed me. The grind is real. My Zhu Yuan is at 44/50. Luckily I have alot of missions I can do for resources. But Zhu Yuan is a beast. She's out dps my Ellen by a mile. Thanks for the videos bro. Much love

with the combo wasd and releasing the E nicole falls to the ground, and in many scenarios, she kinda dodges some attacks that way, and if you feel danger, you can always do the assist or switch to other agent

Have you tried Nicole with a ER disk 6? I know her anomaly application is decent but wouldn't more uptime on defense shred be more damage?

i noticed that when i had an energy regen 6th disc drive i was always overcapped on energy even with a lvl 10 vault w-engine so i tried variations where i could use either anomaly mastery or energy regen. i believe both are fine but i definitely noticed being overcapped when i had the er main!

Nicole was my first character to 50, she will be my first to 60. Pulled Zhu Yuan's banner more to max her out to c6 even more than just trying to get Zhu Yuan.

Always end your chain with Nicole so you can switch into Cop Lady and get more shells + have a full refresh on ether debuffs (for EX / Ult).

Nicoles buffs last too short, you get like 5 shot shells off with zhu yuan then you need to use her ability again. Her buffs/debuffs are better than Rina's though.

Nicole agent is ass because she is mainly available for energy regen .... I used every thing I have to upgrade her and she tickles the enemies 😂😂

I’m casual running Anby and Billy who have made it to lvl 30. Nicole is still locked at 20 (stupid battery limit) and her fragile-ness is becoming even more noticeable.

So from 4:36 you talk about Nicole's secret tech and how to pull it off but you don't actually explain what her secret tech actually is. Is this some kind of delay? Some kind of change in animation? It extends her black hole? How does Nicole's EX special change from normal?

maybe, it had to do with one of her Mindscape where you got 0.15 second more duration for every 0.1 second you hold her EX special. since, when she reposition herself take bit more second, maybe that's why the duration was longer compared to not doing it. not sure tough, I got more ben than Nicole.. so can't test it myself...

It actually does all 3. First, it is a change in animation. Second, Nicole's EX makes her invulnerable during the animation, so when you hold EX, she starts getting into this state, turn LS around and the animation change, Nicole charges again. This whole sequence means you have 1 or more second delay to change the animation, and the WHOLE time, Nicole is invulnerable to any damage. If you cast this at the right time, you can negate strong boss attacks. Third, this secret EX extends the duration of the black hole on field, meaning more continous damage, and also with the right timing, you can switch back Zhu Yuan on field with the DEF debuff activated, and if Zhu Yuan's ultimate is available, you can take huge chunks of endgame boss' HP with ease

@@cannaaaa Are you sure it extend her special skill duration? because i am pretty sure there are many youtubers already mentioning about this Ex skill + WASD, and they said it's more like a difference in animation, and it DOES NOT extend her skill duration. AKA, no improvement in DPS.

Spending too long charging Nicole’s ex during stun window, barely doing any damage on ZY during the stun. Need to unload the ult right away while enemy is stunned and Nicole’s defense shred is active

made a note about this for another comment, but the point of using nicole's charged ex special is to gain max length value on how long u gain a defense shred and ether dmg increase on your zhu yuan. so trying to use the fully charged version in some cases may require you to plan in advanced/prepare beforehand, but it doesn't mean that the benefit isn't there

this is the second comment made about the ex during a stun window which makes me realize that i should've been clearer about it: using nicole's ex special when the enemy is stunned is not ideal and most of the time you're already chain attacking from nicole at the end of a combo anyway, so it would definitely not be ideal to do the extended/teched out nicole special attack during this time especially! sorry if this wasn't made clear, will try to do better about clarifying next time!

I don’t understand why put anomaly on nicole instead of crit stats especially when you have all copies of her, she does so much dmg. Running those stats only so that zhu yuan artifact can proc a bit faster is a big waste in my opinion.

If you play her dps then its a no brainer for crit stats but who would ? Anomaly master or Er on 6th slot = more anomaly = faster corruption. For now atleast

Let me say this again but animation cancel is not ideal in any fight it is unpractical because u will definitely take damage switching prematurely in combat leading to more deads because its not considered as a perfect assist

It's only optimal when you know you're not going to take damage. It's usually for when the enemy is stunned or you're doing it against mobs.

^ this, animation cancelling or swapping to cancel the total duration of a long animation is definitely fine when you know you aren't going to be hit i.e. when doing it to a stunned enemy. there is simply no reason NOT to do it unless you're just trying to play casually but the value is already pretty noticeable so i'd say calling it "not ideal" or "unpractical" is pretty unfair

Ellen + Lycoon + Sokaku is way easier to play for casual players. I do not like Anby because of the slow skill aminations even with cancel mech. QINGYI will replace Anby 100%.

Anby is too easily interruptible. During fights with a lot of aggressive enemies it’s so hard to complete the 4 hit combo and takes forever to stun the boss.
