Geoff built that sarcophagus. Kathy does amazing job if keeping track of all the dwarfs costume pieces. She even located all the new costume pieces for the fifth dwarf, custom helmet and handmade beard.

To confirm what you said in the video: Geoff has indeed some vocal percussion skills. In the early days, he taught then-Baritone Layne the basics of beatboxing, and we all know Layne ran with it and mastered that art to a jaw-dropping level. (You can see & hear Geoff beatboxing in one of VoicePlay's "Part Work" videos, I think it's "Death of a Bachelor".) You won't be getting a Geoff-solo acapella video though, as he keeps all his ideas in that regard for VoicePlay - and as much as I admire him for being multi-talented, I think it's best that way. Acapella may be "better with instruments" (IYKYK), but Acapella-Geoff is best with his friends!

They are in The Tomb of Balin, Gimli's cousin, who died in the last Hobbit movie. Gimli is the only dwarf that wasn't in the Hobbit and only dwarf in Lord of The Rings. Left to right.... Fili, Thorin, Gimli, Kili and Bofur. In the Hobbit movies Bofur wears a hat. If you haven't seen these movies I highly recommend. I never saw them until a few days ago when I downloaded Amazon prime videos. I binge watched all 6 movies. Geoff is the one that got me interested in the dwarves and first the Hobbit with his first two videos. Then lotr with this one. Geoff actually built and painted the tomb in his garage. The man is multi talented. Not only in music but in general home life. Cooks, home repair, lawn mowing, and many other things. Also. Have you watched the Cooking Challenge shorts on Voiceplay channel? They're all so much fun. Geoff vs Layne. So far they did.... Scrambled Eggs, Cheeseburgers, Grilled Cheese Sandwiches and Pancakes (2 videos cause it was too long for one).

Geoff is more incredible than even his voice. He is a composer, an arranger, a builder, (yes, he built the sarcophagus behind him), He is also capable as a beat boxer to the point that he is the one who taught Layne how to do it in the beginning. I wonder sometimes what he cannot do.

By the way.... When they founded the group with Mykal Geoff was both bass and beatboxer. He then taught Layne when Scott Porter left in 2003. He still does a little here and there unconsciously in chats or working around the house and yard. He said in one of his chats "if I want acapella I have Voiceplay". That's why he uses instruments and sound effects. So his channel isn't a replica of Voiceplay and give everyone something different to watch and listen to.

DJ, Geoff has done some beatboxing in his time. Please do a reaction video to Voice Play Death If A Bachelor.. it's only Geoff & Earl. Geoff does the beatboxing. Look up Geoff the beatboxer & you will see all the songs he beatboxing in. His earlier Christmas songs with Voice Play he sings & beatboxes simultaneously.

Gimli is from The Lord of the Rings which came later than the Hobbit movies. So some of the dwarves are deceased. They came and went. Peter Barber also figures Carol of the Bells is Geoff's best ever.
