I think a lot of people are aware America isn't perfect, especially with the amount of people who constantly have to say that. The U.S is most certainly not perfect, as you have seen on the news over the last few years, but it's not as terrible as people make it seem either. Not bad, not amazing. I won't speak on the behalf of politicians (of any country really, since there re corrupt and dumb people in power literally everywhere, not just America). Nobody is really discrediting other country's accomplishments, and just as many countries have had leaders only looking out for "one group of people" more than others, so that's not really mostly limited to America.

Amazing story . I'm from a very small unknown island nation located near the east African coast. Literally 99% of the world do not even know we exist and We almost never have tourists . When I saw the title I was like He's lying, he probably never came to my country but when I saw in the video that he's French, I started to believe that maybe he came because my country was colonized by France in the past so as a French he may have known it.

My favorite part about traveling is just seeing how other people live. Sometimes I get to talk to someone new and learn from them, other times I observe and read about the local culture or history. As a shy woman, it's not easy for me to just go up to a stranger and talk but I learn so much just by being in that country and trying to learn something new. Just do that and you'll lose so much of your learned prejudices.
