I grew up in the assembly of God church. I've considered myself a Christian all my life even though I haven't always lived as I should. At this point I would consider myself as a kind of prodigal son who fell away from his faith and is trying to find his way back. I always felt awkward and out of place because I couldn't experience the "gifts" that the others felt and at some points I was definitely judged by those in the congregation for it. I was actually asked to leave the church because the children's pastor had feelings for me and I expressed to her that I didn't feel the same way. That was the catalyst that caused me to go my own way. I'm trying to come back to the Lord. I've confessed to him again and have always known he is my savior. I struggle to find a church with sound biblical doctrine. In your videos, you have taught me more in the last few months about being a true Christian than I learned in 20 years in that church system. I'm writing this to say thank you brother for truly opening my eyes for the first time to know what is real and what is not. You are truly ordained by God to bring the sheep back to the flock and your reward in heaven will be great. I love you with the love of a son being taught right from wrong for the first time and I will never forget what you've done for me. Thank you and may God bless you and your family.

May the Lord bless you. It so easy to be mislead if we're not careful. While you look for a church that follows sound doctrine read and study God's Word as it is the only truth. We are all sinners and we have all fell short of God's plans for our life however thanks be to God who is long suffering and merciful to those who belong to Him and to those who are called by Him. I’m Pentecostal. Your journey does not start by becoming a Calvinist. Calvinism has real issues. I started by learning Methodism as Pentecostalism has roots in Methodism. John Wesley was Anglican, and influenced by Lutheranism and Eastern Orthodoxy as well as Catholicism. Lots of amazing rational and mystical theology to explore. Thats where you should start. When you start looking at the early church fathers you’ll see that Reformed Theology is a different theology. You will have to unlearn all over again if you go JPs way which has false teaching about God predestinating people to hell.

I knew I belonged to Him and would return eventually. And I did. I'm sharing this because I know the Assembly of God churches believe that a true Christian can lose his salvation.

Glory to God this precious young brother in Christ was baptized he let nothing hold him back God bless this young man I too got baptized in 2019 I lost my foot but I wear a full on leg prosthetic I was determined to be baptized and I wasn't allowed to get the prosthetic wet and I didn't know how to get in the water and balance myself without it so I wasn't about to let that stop me I put a big garbage bag up over my prosthetic and I got in the water and I was baptized it was the most wonderful blessing I've ever experienced and I'm so grateful I was determined to be obedient to Christ God bless you brother Brandon and God bless you Justin Peters❤

I rebelled as a teen and wanted nothing to do with God and even searched for salvation via self enlightenment. I was into the new age. And then the Lord found me and saved me. I have once again accepted Jesus in my heart as my Lord and Savior since last March and I plan to get baptized in the future.

He has a healthy, strong body, but is troubled by many issues due to a developmental disorder and the break up of his immediate family, which he has tried to deal with by the abuse of alcohol, which has only added to his problems and feelings of hopelessness. He made a profession of faith and was baptized at age 8 or 9, but now professes only doubts concerning anything related to Christ. He is a sweet person and so much needs the peace of Christ and the enabling of the Holy Spirit in his life. Thank you.
