At the very beginning of the video you reminded me of the movie Das Boot, the actor Jürgen Prochnow. You look like him, when he was in the submarine all grubby like. Good film.

Oh gawd in the winter this seems miserable. Its like its almost a good idea to compartmentalize your workshop/garage in many smaller spaces that you can heat up. Something that can be built fast like as if it were legos which you can put somewhere on the side for summer. Edit: BUT WOW MAN! nice going. Alex is probably in shock cause he set u on a hellish journey xD

You know, my brother was right, a BMW, WHEN IT HITS 100,000 miles, it turns to a piece of shite. Like the Chryslers of the 70’s, rust buckets especially if you lived in the snow belts where they salt the roads or in coastal areas adjacent to saltwater oceans. Within two years they were experiencing car cancer. When car manufacturers switched to electro coated steel or use electro dipping the cars last at least 120,000 miles before showing rust unless you had an issue and the body shop did a bodge job on your car. Too bad someone doesn’t make replacement panels one can order and then just cut what you need from the panel instead of assembling a jigsaw puzzle of small custom cut pieces.

I am assuming you are using this car and these videos to showcase your outstanding sheet metalwork fabrication skills. To me "Roger" is a four door estate grocery getter and I don't see how, if someone is paying you the going rate, you can economically repair this car in this way. Its going to cost 2-3 times what the car is worth.
