I think the bunkroom is a great design. I'd add a window for the bottom bunk and make the bunk above it flip up, so that would allow some more play space. Nice RV.

This is a great layout. Love the bunk room. The deal breaker though is the small fridge. We would NEED a residential fridge to even consider this RV. it has everything else that we would need though 👍🏼

I really like this gentleman on these RV reviews, he doesn’t sound forced and he’s not throwing out cutesy little phrases. He’s more believable and better in front of the camera than many people are. His countenance and video presence make him great for video’s like this, he sounds relatable, great job! The competition for KZbin couples who do RV reviews and videos is steep but you can do it! I prefer when a couple or 2 host on video’s don’t talk over each other too much. It’s better to have one who really shines on camera and the other to not get in the way of the one who is better on camera. Not all couples mesh in this way and compliment each other effectively on camera. I’m sure you’re both having fun doing these RV reviews together! You can tell he’s much more comfortable in front of the camera, there’s no nervous laugh or awkward forced compliments when he speaks. He sounds genuine and she sounds like she’s mainly just throwing out phrases to be included right now in the video. I don’t hear the genuineness from her as I do him yet, it feels forced when she talks, a lack of confidence. It’s kind of like 2 people who sing, one is just singing some words off a piece of paper and the other is singing directly from the heart, you can definitely tell the difference between the two. As an older drama class junkie, and regional sales manager, & corporate sales trainer, I pick up on this kind of stuff. Otherwise it can get confusing when too much affirmation and side talking is going on while filming. You’re doing a great job! Congratulations on your new endeavor and getting better and better filming with each other in time, you both will certainly grow your following together, Congrats on the new book too!

This is soooo similar to our camper. I’d just miss a few little things like the desk area in the bedroom and the outdoor kitchen. I wish we could just take our mid bunk and loft out and switch it with this one so it’s all in the same place. There is so much storage for the kids’ stuff in this one too. My only question is where would you put the TV in this bunkhouse?

I love it! I like the cushions on the back of the dinette too! It’s refreshingly different! I like the couches or like a grey color, and not that tan color you see in 75% of any types of rv’s! Very nice!

You should review the Forest River Artic Wolf 3660 Suite. It's the exact same RV, but it costs less, made by the same company, has more storage space underneath, have proper auto level, has upgraded furniture ( heater, vibrate, lights ), and... costs less. It doens't have the extra bunk in the midbunk room it's above the bunk room, which works for most people with older children, but you can get it for 10k less than this and it has more features / built by the same company. I bet you guys would love it!

It all depends on what you like/need of course. I like this mid bunk set up better; cause loft over mid bunk complicates ventilation 😖, also the entrance from the kitchen gives it a more open feel. BUT! I will say this, the Artic Wolf 3660 reflective windows and zebra shades are great to control heat and light coming in! 👍 Also you get a desk in the master, which is always needed! 🤯 How cool is that?!

@@victorh.l.h.3138 There isn't a scenario where having the bunk in the room instead of above the room warrants a 10k upsell. It's the same floor plan / layout, and has proper landing gear and more floor space. Subjective it is, but I think when you factor in the cost of the two units, subjectiveness kind of takes a back seat when you can get the 3660 for 51k brand new, and this one on sale is still 60k. I tried to find things that make it " worth " that 10k, but I just can't. Manual stabalizers ( not even levelers ), same 12V fridge, non massaging seats (lights, heat, massage), smaller storage all around, a small outdoor kitchen, this unit just doesn't have the same value for the money. Do I like the bunk in the room a bit better... yeah, I do.

I'm actually concerned where that ladder is placed. It requires a lot of wiggling out of the loft and stretching your foot over to the ladder. Seems a little unsafe, especially for younger kids. It would have been better if the ladder was turned for a straight shot up into the loft and back down

This is a nice unit. I would look at the Sabre though. Similar design with more features. And as someone else mentioned. Built by the same company, and cheaper. My wife and I have a 14 293rex. It was this year when the first roof leak happened. The stupid antenna. Fixed now though. But if you count years pretty good though. We love it. Big shower rear living. My outdoor kitchen. You compromise on features for what you want vs what you pay. We've been looking at a new jayco. We don't have people staying to often so big difference if you do. Nice job on the review though.

I think the plastic plates underneath can be taken off in sections so you only need to remove areas that need to be worked on.

Price is awesome and the colors but totally spoiled after seeing some fancy ones. I like that bunk room but for my situation I rather have the separation with the fold out bed and maybe one bunk and separate loft, so an adult can have private space away from the kids if needed. Great videos!

You can do pretty much anything you want to an RV depending on how much work you are willing to out into renovating. However, this RV is not equipped standard to add any of the options mentioned.

Wet bay with the batteries makes no sense to me. That ladder is also a no for me, its far away enough from the loft floor to be a hazard. Not hydraulic stabilizers, lots of cut corners on this unit. ,

I'm opposite, I actually don't like the loft in the mid bunk. Our loft has always been used for the kid that gets "booted" that trip because the other kid brought a friend. I like having them separate because it gives the kids their own spaces-because they need that, too. When it's just us 4 for a longer 7-10 day trip, there is a place for everyone to spread out on those few days you need to be lazy in the A/C or it's raining. Bedroom, living room, bunkhouse and loft. Cool concept, but hard pass for me :)

No auto-level is extremely surprising even with the price. No real storage space like our "fulltimer" Jayco we've got. Great for a week long trip/couple weeks. Nice for a base model. You two do this very well and I LOVE how she was able to laugh and point at your mouth foul!

Y'all were probably waiting on my wife and I to leave, we stayed and talked with the Forest River rep for a good while when we got to talking about this one. For me it was the lack of electric stabilizer and the overall quality of the build materials that put me off of this one. I get why they cut costs on this one, but it just wasn't for us.
