And what seems like they’re using another person’s voice over the words of someone else, like when Kyle said something and then Delirious matched it to a T, but it wasn’t the real Delirious saying it. I can see why people make that mistake (I did originally as well), as they are much more intelligent than your stereotypical zombie and the only "damage" shown to the suit is the dramatic mask attached firmly to the helmet, but the fact you turn into them when they kill you falls much more in line with zombies than mimics (although the fact that you can also turn by holding a dramatic mask to your face implies that the mask is the actual monster, using the body as a puppet in order to reproduce more easily). In contrast, the player mimics here exist to mess with your mind, and do a very good job at it.

The idea that this game was able to easily confuse a team of 3 close friends really gives you a lot to consider when playing with randoms. We may be getting close to a time where AI players are good enough to emulate human input, and seeing it work here with an indie dev is awesome. All the millions of dollars Ubisoft and EA spend on what? Indie studios are destroying them
