The hummer h1 was available to the public in 1991-92. To convert a vehicle to or for RV use it needs a bed sink toilet . It then be re registered and insured as a private RV

Really nice ….but not $350 thousand nice. The interior needs a little more high end materials to meet that price.

Wolf Rigs went bankrupt and was liquidated in a court-ordered public auction this week. The partially-built rig in their shop shown in this video did not realize any progress after this video was made, except the hood was missing when it sold at auction. It doesn't appear that any units were completed except for the prototype, which also sold in the auction.

I've spent years agonizing over the right off road rig and mostly focused on the six wheel army truck conversions. The problem is that the army transmissions always suck and you at minimum need to upgrade that. The problem with the Stewart and Stevenson trucks is that you have to lift the cab and you can't have a bed over it. However, the older models of the truck are often in bad shape. I currently have a Hatteras 45 and like some aspects of boat travel more than RVs, but am think about them again. My current plan is to use a crew cab box truck with 4 doors, because the only people that can use a two seater can are people with little kids, and even than I wouldn't want one. The biggest issue I'm looking at now is the limited ability to upgrade the height and suspension of the box trucks, and it has to have four wheel drive, so going back to the army 6x6 platform may just be inevitable. I found a humvee ambulance near me but the space is to small for my taste.

There is a HUGE difference between a military humvee and lets say an H1 humvee (civilian model). Military vehicles are not built with the same specs as normal civilian vehicles are (e.g. proper lumens, turn signals, emissions, etc) so thats why its illegal to drive those vehicles on the road

Solid, but that price is for the name, it's certainly not worth $350K in that form.

The pricing is very high, but so is everything these days. He’s definitely correct regarding the Sprinters limited off road abilities. Not to mention, the build quality of every single sprinter conversion from a company I’ve seen has lots of iffy quality issues. Also, the drivetrain in this is very stout. Cons, driving comfort. I’m sure this feels like you’re driving a wagon with wooden wheels. Not to mention spending 350k for something without any safety features. No air bags, abs, etc.

Badass indeed! A cool bro and the ultimate zombiemobile. Never seen a hummer mod before. I've designed many similar RV's (and all kinds of stuff) but never built one unfortunately. Way too expensive! So i used to build electric bikes and home cinema rooms and some crazy ass furniture instead, lol

350k😂😂😂😂😂 you could buy a house for that. You can pick up a running from 10 to 20k. He did a great job on it, but I’m pretty sure I could find someone to put a seek countertop and some other creature comforts in there for a third of the price.

Try making content and relying solely on YT Ad rev, it’s not possible. That’s fine if you think paying alphabet a multi billion dollar company $10 a month means you shouldn’t see ads, but you’re paying Google, one of the largest companies in USA. Not us. We are a small business. So good luck to you. 👍🏾 And GOD FORBID you have to skip ahead 30 seconds to skip an ad 🙄

@FloatingOrbProductions Thousands of other channels don't have to stoop to putting crappy ads on their channel. They make videos for their own fun and for the majority of them, they make them fir the viewers fun and enjoyment. It's not about money. Well, I guess some are in it for the greed. Have a good day.
