Question can you let us know at the beginning of the video whether or not they let you customize your character? Because that's a huge thing for me for immersion and weirdly some sim games force you to be one specific character you can't change at all. Which I think is counterproductive in a sim imo

Ngl, I think it's hilarious for the NPCs to look like that, because it's honestly pretty realistic in a comedic sorta way, because that's kinda how we view complete strangers in our day to day lives, especially if they're not important enough to us to remember what they look like

definitely the weirdest... the worst where the first Harvest Moon Games Natsume created on their own. They were low effort and were fully intended to rip off people that didn't realice that the actual developer of the good harvest moon, changed the name to story of seasons...

Not gonna lie this game is so funny! The npcs are actually so good. Idk if y’all think it’s lazy, but the whole game is kinda charming to me. I do with there was more to do beside the random stuff. But it’s actually so charming and brilliant. It’s very unique for sure!

I think it would be a very fun game to watch people play and or react to. I like the blank NPCs combines with the tone of the game. It clearly is not taking itself very seriously. I also appreciate the different tools. Granted, they are a bit too random, but maybe some ideas are worth taking some inspiration with.

This looks awful! Those NPCs are so creepy and the gameplay seems random in a not fun way. I'm currently finishing up my first year in echoes of plum grove so I can watch your play through of it without too many spoilers. That one's a great farming sim and has some very unique mechanics and beautiful artwork.

I mean this with no offence. Or perhaps full offence depending on the devs. This game just looks like a mess of all different kinds of assets the devs could get their hands on and threw it in. There's no real art style to the game. It has chibi and large cat creatures mixed with animeish style humans and realistic furniture. Especially with the clothes detail and the close ups of the food. The white doll npcs are just lazy. Like if that is someone's artistc choice, it's still lazy, I'm not sorry about that. Sadly another game trying to make a cash grab with "cosy farming simulator" but doesn't want to put in actual effort.

no i totally get you, its like the devs is trying to sell you a lazily put together game as "bizarre" and calling it a day. They could've totally went the bizarre route if they actually put more effort and made the game look polished. A lot of assets look like they're just randomly thrown in, some interactable props are useless (like the outdoor gym) and some activities dont even reward you with anything (like that exam quiz thing). There are actually some crazy stuff that i enjoy from this game like how you can control the train ride and the enemies being litter. There's SOOO much potential here but it just ends up feeling like a low-effort game

Man I don't think that I've ever hear morph dis a game. That tells you how... not great, shall we say, that this game is. Morph always tries to find something positive to touch on. It looks REALLY unfinished. Like they were going to tie all these things to a weird zanny story and then the writers all quit or something, and instead of trying to replace them the company just shrugged and said "Who needs a story?" and released it as is.
